Our flight was delayed and I sent a WhatsApp message to let them know. They kept reception open for us and were very helpful when I realised I had left my phone in the taxi. They spoke to the driver and arranged to pick it up for me that night. All the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing seemed too much bother for them. The hotel is set in a peaceful location and we found it very relaxing. It is outside Pisa and we hired a car the following day to get about a bit. We did use the bus into Pisa very reasonably priced at 85 cents and easy to use, just tap bank card when you get on. Our bedroom was large with lovely view of pool and mountains. Shutters on outside of windows and Mosquito mesh on windows. Breakfast good value for money- we paid as went at €10 each, plenty of choice. We also ate in the restaurant the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We used pool on one occasion and it was a good temperature and cleaned daily.

There are no comfortable seating areas to relax other than sun beds by the pool, not a huge issue for us but would have been appreciated. Also no glasses in the bedroom to get a drink of water, as we arrived late the first night didn’t realise until we were in the room and by then reception was closed. Drank tap water from our hands, did the job but not as effective as a cup!

It was a surprise for us. We came in the beggining of may. The smell of flowers of the garden around the room was so nice, even in the room it smelled good. The quiet... When we went to the hotel, we pass under an old aqueduc (Medici period), the next day we followed it with the car because we were curious, it goes to the mountain. The personnel was very welcome and we stayed to get a drink and food in the bar/restaurant. It was very relaxing, away from the traffic and peoples. There was a pool, but not tested. I appreciated really the space and the quiet, and natural smell of this location. I will 100% comeback. A giant parking in front of the hotel. It was relaxing, not like the other hotels I travelled. There is something there. And they speak english very well.

The neighbour room client smoked which was a pain, but it didn't last long.

Breakfast was the best thing about the hotel. lots of choices. The quality of the croissants and eggs were excellent. The service was great. She was providing good service to everyone desite of the fact that it was very busy. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely

the bathroom in the room was two high steps from the bedroom. The door was very low. My husband was tall, he had to duck his head when stepping up to the bathroom floor. The steps were very high and narrow. It's very dangerous going up and down the stairs. Parking was great, it's free and very close to the rooms, there are enough spots for all the cars there. Rooms are very quiet. bunk beds have no protecting rails on the top bunk, it's dangerous for kids to sleep in the top bunk.

Nice sized property just a bit outside of Pisa. Very friendly staff and great customer service. It was nice to have a bar and restaurant on site due to the rural location.

Although it was very nice being outside of the city, it was a bit challenging to get to and from. Either a $20 euro (minimum) cab ride to city, train, airport, or buses that were hard to pin down their schedule. But once we figured out the buses, it became a lot easier and more economical.

When we booked our stay at Airone Pisa Park Hotel, we didn't realize it was out in the country, so the peaceful surroundings were a nice surprise. We were told this was originally an old farm that was later turned into a hotel. Our room was spacious with enough space for a king size bed, two twin beds, a desk, an Armour, and two nightstands. The on-suite bathroom was also spacious with a sink/counter, a corner shower, a toilet, and a bidet. Thankfully, they provided toilet paper because these Americans were too chicken to try the bidet. Their free Wi-Fi worked great all over their property, which was a wonderful bonus. Our stay included a lovely breakfast buffet of various sweets, bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, juices, and various styles of coffee. They made omelets or other styles of eggs upon request. We ate at the on-site restaurant both nights of our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were great to work with and very friendly. Pablo and Irene greeted us warmly when we arrived, and continued to treat us as if we were honored guests throughout our entire stay. If you ever find yourself in Pisa, Italy and need a quiet getaway, we highly recommend Airone Pisa Park Hotel.

It's not exactly a dislike, but more of a suggestion... It would be nice if they had clothes washers and dryers available for the guests (even if you have to pay extra), because we were traveling and needed to wash clothes and had to carry a few things with us into town to wash.

This hotel was wonderful. We had bunk beds (made our boys so excited) and a queen bed in our room. Good sized bed room and bathroom. In the country away from the downtown Pisa by about 7 minutes. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast including in our stay. It was amazing. Fresh made eggs and omelette. My 10 year old son got 2 omelette one morning. All included. There is a pool which our boys loved. About 30 mins to the beach.

It was a little dated in the bedrooms.

Five Star customer service 10/10 Sara (excuse the spelling) was exceptional front of house hostess. Sara made our stay an exceptional experience. Highly recommended by my husband and I. Everyone meal was delicious. All the staff that played their part in our visit were second to none. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The pool was the icing on the cake for my husband. Definitely going back, I highly recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed in the Airone Plaza hotel for two nights. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They spoke very good English which was perfect as we speak very little Italian. The room was quite dated and basic but this just added to the charm of the place. It was extremely hot while we here (40°C) so the pool was a welcome reprieve. Whilst there aren't too many sunbeds there was always one free when we needed it as the hotel can't accommodate too many guests. We ate in the restaurant both nights we were there and the food on both occasions was really nice. They prefer the use of credit cards rather than cash but this suited us. The hotel is only about 3 miles from the Pisa tower but it feels like it is in the middle of nowhere and like a proper Tusacan villa. I would highly recommend staying here and if we ever come to Pisa again this is where we will be staying. I would also recommend visiting the tower when it opens at 9am. We had a taxi from the hotel to the tower for 8:15. We were able to take lots of photos before the crowds arrived which was really nice.

It would have been nice to have pizza on the menu but this is being really picky. We loved our stay here.

There's was a good selection of continental breakfast, pastries and juices. Everything was delicious. The hotel is in a quiet location with views of the hills, only 10 minutes drive from Pisa and 20 minutes from the airport. There is plenty of parking space. Excellent pool area and restaurant with terrace and very friendly, polite staff who were able to store our suitcases several hours before check in time and offered use of the pool and restaurant before check in and after check out. Large comfortable beds, clean bathroom and towels. Good air conditioning in rooms. Lovely grounds with mature trees. Evening meal was delicious and good value, especially the tiramisu! Would definitely recommend, especially because of the location, lovely staff, pool area and delicious food.

The rooms were slightly dated and dark inside, even with the shutters open. With the three beds, the triple room didn't have much floor space but was more than adequate for our one night stay. There is no outside seating for each room, but the pool and restaurant terrace make up for this.

We are returning customers we like the place it’s close to the airport but has a nice country feeling

We were really missing the farm animals we met last year – especially the goats and turtles. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any of them this time. I was told the goats had passed away, which is very sad. They were a highlight for our kids last year, and we truly feel they should have been replaced, as they were such a big part of the experience.
