Thank you so much Anna Maria and Veronica for being such a lovely hosts. We really really liked the place and it reminded us of our Grandpa's home back in India. All the information to reach the hotel, room, keys were well communicated via Whatsapp by Veronica and she also informed about the cab/bus timings to reach the destination way before we landed in Pisa. They even facilitated to checkin to the room 2 hours before the scheduled time as we reached Pisa earlier than we thought. Also they have peaceful, mesmerising dining setup with ancient Italian art style decorations. The place was so peaceful with a cute cat in the house :) We really liked the hospitality and the room chandelier arrangements. We would like to visit again. Ti Amo Italia :)

The place is 10-12 bus stops away from the city centre, so travelling without a car could be little challenging, but we were aware of it before booking.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful and spacious. And the private bathroom was nice, modern and comfortable. All in all a beautiful Italian house. Annamaria was lovely, helpful and very welcoming. Some language barrier but we made it work with google translate:) We received useful information about our stay the same day as our booking, which was nice. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would stay here again if we come back to Pisa. Probably best if you have a car, but there is a bus station a couple of meters from the house which takes you straight to city center in 15 minutes.

Amazing people. We had a problem with taxi, Veronica was very helpful during that. Her mother is the person who took care of us during that stay. Very kind and loving woman. Absolutely enjoyed the stay. Last but not least, the location is beautiful.

The location is a bit cumbersome sometimes, specially during the weekends. So, one should be careful for the buses. If you have a car or a scooter, no problem.

Annamaria was an exceptional host. We got caught up in the global IT outage and did not make it to the property until 05:00 the day after we were meant to check in. Veronica was in touch with us the whole time and sent us instructions to access the key which were very easy to follow. The room and bathroom was impeccably clean and it genuinely felt like staying in an Italian family home. Annamaria prepared a brilliant Italian breakfast and she kindly called us a cab to get us in to the centre of Pisa in 10mins.

There was nothing to fault

The hostess very kindly picked me up from the airport because I had a tight schedule to work online. I so appreciated her and her daughter, who speaks English, helping me. They told me where the nearest restaurant was for a quick delightful dinner and arranged a cab for me the next day. My room was spotless, comfortable, with a useful little fridge in this extremely hot weather and air-conditioning too. The bathroom looked brand new. Sparkling clean, with a great shower and thoughtful "emergency kit."

Air con could have been a little colder/more powerful

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing the most remarkable accommodation during my visit to Pisa. From the moment I stepped into the spacious rooms, I was captivated by the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided. The inclusion of a dedicated Kids bed and a comfortable couch for unwinding while watching TV added an extra level of convenience and comfort to my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, creating an ambiance that made me feel right at home. One of the standout features of this extraordinary place was the exceptional hospitality of Anna Maria, who went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and cherished. Her warm and genuine nature created an atmosphere that truly made it feel like a home away from home. It was evident that she took great pride in providing a memorable experience for her guests. In the morning, I was treated to a delectable breakfast that included a delightful slice of pie. Everything! It was a bit off the bitten track, but it is well connected with Pisa. The distance is not a problem at all; in fact, it is a good chance to get to see another Italy, the countryside. The place is run by its owner, and she is the sweetest person I have met in the country. Lovely lady! Italian breakfast is great… and the freshly baked brioche is simply wonderful!

Nothing, it was perfect!

It was just as advertised. Our Hostess was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. It was excellent value for money and situated only 10/15 minutes from Pisa and also from the airport, which is great for an early morning flight. It was a quiet location. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and the breakfast, although continental, was plentiful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I would have liked an ensuite bathroom. Having said that we knew we when we booked the accommodation that our room had a private bathroom but that it was down the hall, so it wasn't a surprise.A very comfortable stay. Some rooms did have ensuite but we booked a little late!

The room and separate bathroom were spotlessly clean and spacious with wood beams in the ceiling and lots of character. There were fields and views to the mountains behind the property. The landlady left some sweets out and a kettle, which was super helpful. It was a good stay.

The smell of cigarette smoke when I first walked in made it seem dirty but the impression was short-lived once we were taken upstairs to the actual accommodation. We were on bikes but the ride into town was a bit further than expected. If you’re on bikes, definitely take the back roads as it’s much shorter and the main road are horribly busy and therefore difficult to cross on bikes.
