Close to the center, about 1,5km walk. Also bus line goes straight next from house to center and train station. Host was nice and friendly. Breakfast room was nice and had many options. Room was spacy and had our own bathroom and smart tv. Cute terrace with comfy sofas to sit in. Everything was clean and nice.

The bed was noisy and was creaking loudly even when lightly sitting on it. Neighbours were grilling and the smoke went straight to our room from window, also their dog was barking under our window for hours. This was overall just a small minus, and you cant choose your neighbours anyway. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was Italian style, as promised. The B&B was close to a good supermarket. Bus stops were nearby, but we could easily walk into town in 15 minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and quiet.

I would have appreciated some shower gel, and the shower curtain needs some upgrade.

- Safe area inside a calm neighborhood - Breakfast every morning - Very, very well cleaned - The host was nice and attentive - Even though our bathroom was outside the room, I was the only one using it - Outside there is a nice area to lounge and Is protected from the mosquitos

- The wifi service is bad - would just advise to have some options without so much sugar in the breakfast

The accommodation is located in a fairly peaceful part of Pisa, 10 minutes walk from the city centre, 15 minutes drive from the airport. It is equipped with air conditioning which was crucial in the warm days we spent there.

The sounds isolation of the apartment is not the greatest, neighbours can be a bit loud sometimes. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

I loved the vintage style room and the big windows. The bathroom was also very nice and everything I needed.

It is somewhat out of the city center and unfortunately during my stay it rained a lot so then it sucks if you have to walk a bit before you reach the center, but this was easily fixed with renting an e-step!

Easy check in, got the possibility to do a earlier check in, close to the tower (25 min walking), easy breakfast included (bread, joghurt, marmelade)

hallway was a bit smelly, heater was on full power during the day, bread was bit hard for breakfast, front garden looks a bit messy

Lovely neighbourhood 20 mins walk from the cathedral and Tower. Owner was very helpful and allowed us to leave luggage. We arrived late in the evening and only stayed one night in Pisa and the accommodation was perfect for our need

Nothing really. For info Couldn't get an uber from the area but managed to flag a bus in neighbouring road

the hotel is in a decent neighborhood, location is a little bit far away from the center and the train station, but walking is nice that streets, nice to have a coffee machine and simple breakfast in the hotel, nice to late check-in. thank you,

Quiet neighborhood, very close to the center and the pisa tower. Bathroom was modern, everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Just the kitchen was in a separate room opposite our room, but ok. If we had things for the fridge, we could have used it.

Great place to stay, very quiet area in maybe 5 minutes from the Tower. Parking is always available right across the hotel. The house itself is very cozy and has everything you might need. Marco (the owner) is quite attentive and kind. I highly recommend.
