Highly recommend. Charming B&B. The staff was warm and welcoming. (We can't say enough good things. Their English was exceptional and they were patient while we tried to practice speaking some Italian.) The photos online were exactly how the property looks. The room we stayed in was adorable with lots of quaint details. Coordinated colors decor (pink/peach) and a lovely painted ceiling. The main lighting and bedside lamps even matched. The bathroom was spotless. The shower had great water pressure and the bottom was non-slip. The breakfast is a traditional continental style with pastries and coffee. We ate outside in the garden. Everything was excellent, and they had lactose-free milk.p This is not common in the US and a little touch that we really appreciated as American tourists. If we are back in Pisa, we would definitely stay again.

Delightful self check in B&B a short walk from Pisa tower and main piazza. Communication was clear. Great for coming back and forth from town which we did. Room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge. Off street parking is handy so you don’t have to unload everything from your car if travelling with lots of luggage. The young lady serving breakfast was super friendly and attentive.

Breakfast was typical Italian sweet breakfast and nothing else. City tax needs to be paid by cash. Parking can fit 3 cars if people park cleverly… but there are 4 apartments.

Really lovely place. Very clean room/modern decent size bathroom/ shower, comfortable bed, enough plug sockets, plus small fridge, with bottle of water on arrival.. Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice basic breakfast, yogurt, croissants & coffee, option to eat outside. Well maintained gardens, secure entry via gate from the street. Situated on a quiet residential street, so no noise at night. A How pprox 15/2o minutes walk to Leaning Tower, shops & restaurants.

Room a little gloomy due to shutters at window plus ensuite built into room with own window, so cuts off the light to main room.. However, we were able to push shutters out, and open up windows which made room much brighter.

A great location on a quiet street in easy walking distance to the walled city. The room was very clean. Having secure parking on site was very helpful (albeit the space is rather tight).

It was a little impersonal, although having someone there to arrange the breakfast was good. Instructions on how to arrange hot drinks for ourselves would have been helpful.

I really liked the clear and friendly communication with the host. I got clear instructions about the parking and how to unlock my room. The location is very close to the Pisa tower and the walk felt safe and easy. My Wife lost her earrings and the staff found them and sent them home to us without hesitation. I really recommend their facilities and service.

Booked this property as they indicate that they have “car parking” on site - that is true , but they only have 4 car parking places & 5 rooms - turns out you have to “pre book” the car parking . On our stay - 2 car spaces only taken up , but the owner would not allocate a space to us as we had not “pre booked” it, (Carmen tried her best to get him to change his mind, to no avail) his attitude unhelpful & spoilt an otherwise perfect stay .

We loved our stay, great location, and beautiful room. Brilliant communication and instructions regarding the self check in from Paolo. We met Christine when we arrived and also at breakfast, she could not have been more helpful and friendly. She made the best coffee ever. We would definitely recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing value for money.

Wonderful opportunity to stay and feel like an Italian - yard, piano plays in the neighborhood house, lovely cat visiting yard, when we were sitting and enjoying wine. Wonderful staff (specially Christine), very caring and helpful. Breakfast served with love and smile. Great location, walking distance to the center, train station, shops, Leaning Pisa tower.

We arrived a little late but was met by a delightful lady called Kristina (apologise if misspelt) who introduced herself and explained how to get in. Brilliant. The air conditioning in the main lobby and the room was outstanding. The decore and cleanliness of the whole complex was again outstanding. Bed lovely, ablutions top quality. Kristina served breakfast with a smile outside which consisted of sweet pastry and coffee, yogurt etc Location was excellent. The tower was a short walk and local shops around the corner. Beaches were 15 min drive and excellent advice was given. On our road trip through Austria, Italy and Switzerland this was the favourite stop. Thanks. We will be back👍

1. good location, very close to Pisa leaning towers 2. Onsite secure parking, however make sure you reserve it first. 3. Friendly hostress, make sure our stay was comfortable 4. Simple sweet breakfast (table service)

1. No card payment for city tax (cash only) 2. Tv remote wasn’t working 3. The butter was off in the morning 4. Our issues were quickly resolved by the hostress and apologised for, so no big deal 5. The room is a bit small but ok for an overnight stay
