I don’t know where to begin. From the communication until we left everything was amazing. Fabrizio kept in touch until we arrived. His brother Emanuele greeted us and showed us where to park our car which is a private parking lot with gate by the property. Emanuele fixed me a cappuccino and explained where the breakfast was served which is on a beautiful rooftop terrace. He told us how to get around and gave us recommendations where to eat. The room was huge and beautiful decorated with old furniture. Our breakfast was amazing so much food and very delicious homemade cakes and marmalade from their mom . Everything for our stay was more than perfect.

There was nothing to dislike

We spent four fabulous nights. Fabrizio was an exceptional host! He made every effort to make our stay extra special from breakfast requests to sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. He even carryied our luggage down the stairs! Fabrizio showed warm hospitality throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We loved the tall vaulted stone block ceiling. It was a unique room. The B&B was immaculate. We had access to the kitchen to store some items in the fridge or make tea or coffee. There was free parking onsite. The location was very convenient - a short walk to town. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Breakfast was served on the colorful rooftop terrace surrounded by plants. We look forward to returning some day and we will tell our friends about this special B&B.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The room was spacious, beautiful, and pleasantly cool – perfect for the hot summer days. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and Mrs. Adriana prepared an exceptional breakfast every morning. The homemade lemonade was absolutely amazing! We received great recommendations for local restaurants where the food was truly delicious, as well as sandy beaches that were perfect for our son, Matei. What made our stay truly special was the warm atmosphere – we felt like part of the family, as if we had known our hosts for years. It’s a feeling we’ve never experienced before on a vacation. We truly recommend this place from the heart!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, very close to the city center and historical sites, which made it easy to explore. The property itself was extremely clean and beautifully maintained. Our room was nicely decorated and included a private balcony, plus there was a shared terrace upstairs where we enjoyed some lovely evenings chatting. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. We were in touch with him throughout our stay for restaurant recommendations and parking tips, and he was always happy to assist. At check-in, he showed us everything on the map and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Always smiling and friendly. one of the best hosts we've ever met! The breakfast was amazing, and having private parking available upon request was a big plus, especially in this area. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had. highly recommended!

Really beautiful house, great interior and amazing terrace. It is ideally located very close to the centre but also a step away from the train station for any trips around. The place is sparkling clean and kept at a high standard. The outside space is fabulous with a great big terrace where we had breakfast, which was very nice and with lots of variety. Both Fabrizio and Emanuele were excellent hosts, always ready to help and forthcoming and extremely professional at all times. They gave us some very nice restaurant suggestions and overall welcomed us into this beautiful home! Thank you!

Family run business which made your stay fantastic. Ask any question and get a response straight away. Very friendly staff/owners. Breakfast was amazing and most day on the rooftop terrace. They would accommodate to your every need. 5 minutes walking distance to the main square. The area is so small that you walk to everything. Breath taking views of Lama Monachile on the bridge.

My family is not a fan of those rock/pebbles' beaches.

Exceeded our expectation. A trully exceptional place. Especially the rooftop terrace with hundreds of beautiful plants. Emanuele and Fabrizio were very kind and helpful. When leaving we even got a box of their own grown fruits. Few shops steps away. The old city a short walk away. Plenty of parking for motorbikes. We will not look any further next time we visit this beutiful city.

For us the stay was perfect but some may have problems climbing the stairs to reach rooms.

This place was an amazing unexpected experience for us! We booked last minute while travelling around south Italy and this stay is the best we have experienced! Fabrizio was very quick and considerable in his communication prior to stay. We arrived earlier than planned and were welcomed in with coffee and refreshments. We got plenty of information about places to see or eat. The room was super nice and all we needed for good sleep: air conditioned, possible to make it dark and completely silent! Everything was super clean. The location is perfect: just steps away from the centre, beach and any shops. And the highlight of it all: amazing breakfast! Lovely hommade jams, bruschettas with freshly picked and self grown tomatoes, fresh fruit and toasts, ricotta, crostata….. you name it! It was all served in our private terrace. By all means most hospitable place we have ever evwr come across in all Italy. So real and sincere. We are definitely to come back here!

Wonderful host, very helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing! The place was beautiful and had a private open-air area as well. The furniture was of very high quality and very comfortable. The location is great for visiting the beautiful old town and the beach. Great for families! This was the one place out of all the places we stayed in Italy where it was also very easy to park our car.

This applies to almost all accommodations in Italy - the pillows are huge! I'm used to much smaller and flatter pillows. I ended up taking the decorative pillows from the couch and using those instead.

We were looked after so well. We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find as it was almost right on a roundabout and was a grand house rather than a hotel. We were greeted enthusiastically. Car parking was onsite, but a little tricky as it was so close to the roundabout. There were steep stairs leading up from the doorway but we were helped with our bags. We were shown a small breakfast room which looked to have a good range. However we were in the top room which had a terrace on which we were invited to have breakfast the next morning. An offer we couldn't refuse as it was sunny next day. After checking in we had a 5 minute straight walk into the old town where we found one of the restaurants Fabrizio had recommended. So easy. We had an excellent stay, it was very good value.

Steep stairs maybe a problem for some. A bigger sign or information as to where exactly to find the building would be helpful as it was a little difficult to spot.
