The magnificent location of the villa: 20 minutes from the center of Naples by motorway, 15 minutes to the top of Vesuvius and 15 minutes to Pompeii. 3. Convenient, spacious and secure parking on the territory of the villa (you get a remote control that opens the gate). 4. Stunning style and attention to detail both in the main living room of the villa and in each individual room. 5. Absolutely stunning views of Naples, the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri. 6. Delicious breakfasts and the ability to use the kitchen at any time of the day or night - at your disposal a coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven, etc. 7. An atmosphere of comfort and home that you get from the moment you check into the villa. And all this you get for a very good price. 8. Polite and friendly hotel staff, special thanks to Maria, who kept the place clean and was very friendly with us, we stayed with a cat and asked her to clean it in a way that would not scare him and she did everything exactly. 9. Quiet, absolutely safe area and street where the villa is located, every evening we went for a walk along it towards the pizzeria La Smorfia (10-12 minutes walk from the villa), the owner of the pizzeria greeted us like family and his cuisine is beyond praise, pizza - 10 points out of 10. And finally, 10. This is a place you didn't want to leave, because the owners of the villa put so much love, care and attention into their work that you start to feel at home. My stay at Villa Patrizia was perfect. Robert is really is to communicate with and really there for everything you might need and always ready to help. Maria is also very accommodating, happy and kind. The room has amazing views to the whole Naples gulf and is really spacious. Breakfast has a variety of things. The parking is easy and the area is nice and quite. There not many things to do around besides some really nice restaurants, but if you arrive by car it is the perfect place to explore every site around Napoli by avoiding crowds and be able to relax. Amazing stay, would definitely recommend it.

Villa Patrizia is the first ever B&B in this area and the experience shows! The house: beautiful surroundings, amazing view from the balcony straight to lemon trees and sea. You can see the sunset and coast of Sorrento, Capri and Naples straight from your balcony. Room: I was amazed by the room! Beautiful tile floors and bathroom, plenty of space and everything was clean. There's also a mini fridge in your room. The shower was spacious and with different showerheads. Connections: There is a bus stop on the main street which leads down to the center or up the Vesuvius. The stop is about 500m from Villa Patrizia. From the bus stop you can take nr. 808 up to Vesuvius (1,30 single ticket). Bus nr.5 takes you 2km up the hill to a beautiful vineyard or down near the Herculaneum archeological site. Taking the commuter train (EAV) brings you to city center from where it is only 1,5km to Villa Patrizia (but you may want to take a bus for two stops since it's all uphill. The regional train (italotrain) leaves you a little bit further but nearby is another bus stop that brings you closer. Note that busses may not go according to their timetables. Host: Roby is very attentive and helpful with every question I had. At the time I was the only guest so he was even able to give me a ride to where I needed to go. <3 Breakfast was more than enough: omelette, pancakes, break, cheese, cutlets, olives, tomato, jam, cereal, honey, yoghurt... I hope to get back there one day. :)

We stayed in the Ischia room which had a fantastic view of the bay including the Sorrento coast and Naples. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfect. There was onsite gated parking and we were given a remote control to open and close the gate ourselves. Finally Roby was. FANTASTIC host. He stayed up late for our late arrival at almost 1am and was like our own personal concierge while on our vacation offering recommendations for places to visit and eat, which roads to take and was a simple WhatsApp message away at any time. He even booked a table at a restaurant for us on the fly. However, he was never pushy or over imposing. So great!

Everything was excellent, specially the owner is so friendly and kind. He is really good and have answer for all the questions. He gives you the best tipps for Restaurant, renting a scooter from which company, where to get a ticket to reach Different Coast and islands. Definitely will be my choice of all time. The view and the location is also perfect you can reach everything by walk. Don’t be shy to ask your question or any favor because he will kindly help you. By the way The room is big enough and you will get enough light with air-conditioner.

We booked this for an overnight stay on our way back to end of our trip. Villa Patrizia B & B was a wonderful stop, wish we could've stayed more! The triple room, Ischia, was lovely. The bathroom was great, with great shower water pressure. The air conditioning was super, considering we were in the middle of a heat wave, much appreciated. The breakfast was awesome, with a variety of homemade pastries, potato frittata and hard boiled eggs and fruit, just to name a few. The top reason though, were the hosts, Roberto & Patrizia! They were knowledgeable and so helpful. I had a knee problem -Roberto brought my luggage up to the room. We enjoyed great conversation at breakfast. They really made it feel like we were in a home. To note, there are quite a few stairs to get up to the place, which was in the details, but I didn't read. Not a game changer because Roberto was so helpful. It was great to have enclosed private parking for free. The view was pretty cool. Since it was at the base of Vesuvius, it was a bit of an uphill climb, but we had a rental car, so it was not an issue. Lower down and you wouldn't have had a nice view of Capri and Ischia in the distance. Thank you Roberto & Patrizia for a wonderful stay!

Not much- it was a nice overnight stop.

This was a wonderful holiday with extremely kind and beautiful hosts, I could not have asked for more, Robbie and Patricia were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they breakfast was lovely. I had beautiful views to Naples bay the bed and room was large and the bathroom was big with a kitchenette. I had seven nights there and would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody coming to this area as there is so much to do.

There is nothing I can say wrong this place was absolutely fabulous.

Quiet location with amazing views of the sea and islands. Bedroom well appointed with comfortable bed and nice linens. Shower has good water pressure. Bedroom large and has good air conditioning. Lovely breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, fruits, cold meat , cheese ,eggs and love,y cakes…something for everyone. Covered secure parking and remote key to open the gate. The owner is a great communicator who knows his locality and takes time to help you put an itinerary together to explore the area. Roby is an exceptional host.

Room was really comfortable, and bathroom was quite big. Host was very friendly and even offered us a free ride when he heard we came by train with backpacks. Breakfast was small but tasty. Definitely reccomend.

From train station you have to take 20-30min walk up the hill, but it was not a problem on check in day as host gave us free ride.

We spent 5 days at Villa Patrizia and would certainly do it again. We liked the size of the room, the comfortable beds, the fridge, the view from the rooms, the efficient WiFI and air conditioning, the quiet neighbourhood, the breakfast buffet (with Patrizia’s excellent tortilla). And above all we enjoyed the exchanges with Roberto from the moment we booked until the moment we left. Roberto and Patrizia are the perfect hosts, always available for a chat and willing to help (transfer from the train station,taxi booking,restaurant or visit recommendations…). If you come by car there is a closed parking area with even a charger for electrical cars. We hesitated to rent a car for our stay and finally didn’t, the taxi driver arranged by Patrizia was reliable and cheap. Commuting to Pompei,Herculaneum or Napoli was easy, people are very friendly in that region.
