They gave me a free upgrade from a double room in the annexe to a double room in the main building. The room was spacious and clean with modern furniture. The balcony was exceptionally spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly well. The hotel was located 12 minutes from the main train station that takes you to Napoli ( 20 minutes) and 5 minutes from the bus station (bus 808) that takes you to Vesuvius and Pompei. The pool was big enough, not very crowded and with enough sun beds in the shade or in the sun. Swimming caps are mandatory, and you can buy one from the pool guy for 2 €. Breakfast was ok, not great, not bad! Private parking with enough parking spots.

The shower cabin in the bathroom needs renovation!

I'm sorry - but we don't speak Italian - but they were happy to speak to us in English The restaurant / food was better than we had expected Having a pool was a real bonus and so glad that it was open One member of staff, sorry can't remember his name (began with D) was particularly helpful with us one afternoon at the poolside, getting us a menu and helping us with train information. But everyone was friendly Oh - Sky Bar was lovely too The hotel is an oasis

Just a little thing ... I think I was expecting the wine to be a bit cheaper, particularly any local offering. There's not much you can really do about this, but the hotel is an oasis amongst a not so pretty area. We'd have loved to have been able to walk around the local area in the evening.

The room we stayed in (303) was lovely with lots of space & a very comfortable queen size bed. There wasn't so much space in the bathroom/shower though. The view we had from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The rooftop terrace was a really nice space to relax, eat/drink & chill out. It also has an amazing view of the sea. The swimming pool & area around the swimming pool were exceptionally well kept. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of times & on both occasions the food didn't disappoint. The staff were very attentive. The front of the hotel & reception area are both beautifully kept. In general, the whole hotel is really well looked after & is a lovely place to relax.

The staff were helpful, providing information about local travel options and excursions. The food was great and the staff at the pool were fantastic. The location is perfect to explore Naples, Vesuvius, Pompeii and Ercolano, with easy access via the bus or train. You can also arrange day trips from the Port to Capri, Amalfi and Positano. We had a great holiday and are sad to leave such an authentic part of Italy.

Comfy beds, greenery and quite atmosphere, comfortable parking lot. The breakfast is basic but tasty and you can have it at a nice garden terrace. And the service is really nice, very welcoming. Its better to rent a car, cause the property is out of nosy Naples and most of the sightseeing places but it takes 10-15 mins by walk to a train station. And there are a few good places to eat not really far.

Coffee machine at breakfast is a real disappointment, but some tea-lovers will not pay any attention :)

I loved the room with a terrace and exceptional view to the sea and mountains. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of different choices to choose from. The one dinner we had at the hotel was a five star service and the food was amazing. Employees are very professional and take their jobs very seriously. The hotel and the rooms were impeccably clean. We thank the special services received from Giusseppe, Pascualino, Nino and Martina to name a few, but all of them were helpfull. We would definitely be back!

1st room - shower far too small, my husband could not fit into it so they moved us but we had to pay more to ''upgrade'' Wearing a swimming cap - why? Ordered burger from room service - came as a meat patty & tomato, no bun? apparently when they asked me about a 'sandwich' that was the bun part of the burger and i said no? Started eating it reluctantly but my 9yr old wouldn't so when to the restaurant to order a proper burger for her. On check out advised would not pay for patty & tomato however they pushed the point so my husband paid - was not impressed with that

Absolutely delightful stay. Staff are very personable and always go out of their way to help. The hotel feels relaxed and in tune with it's surroundings. It has its own character and vibe, unlike the large hotel chains which can be comfortable but soulless. There is so much to see locally e.g Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, but nice to return to the hotel in the afternoon and cool off in the pool. In the evening there is a roof top bar which commands spectacular views of Naples Bay, Vesuvius and the amazing sunset.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff were great, right from the help from Davide on reception before I even arrived. All the reception staff, the Maitre d, the waiting staff, the bar staff, were all so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the hotel was exceptionally clean

The area didn't have much in the way of entertainment but the dinners in the hotel made up for this and changed every night

Perfect location. 20min away from the airport, close to Pompei, Naples city centre and Sorrento. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel from which you can go for a trip to Vesuvius volcano- you can get a ticket at the hotel reception. Very helpfull staff, restaurant offers very good quality meals, there is a big carpark outside if you travel by car. Family friendly hotel.
