The family room was great, enough space for four of us including a large balcony. Everywhere was very clean, including the pool area. The restaurant had a very pretty outdoor space which did get busy and had to be booked in advance some nights. The staff were brilliant, very helpful providing alternative breakfast snacks and meals for our gluten intolerant 10 year old. Seeing Vesuvius just behind our room every day was amazing.

We were very glad we had hired a car. Torre del Greco was within walking distance but we found it easier to get around by car, especially in the heat. Parking in some areas isn't the best but spots can be found with a bit of patience.

Despite of the lication close to the main road, it was silent and calm. Terrace of the room and the garden where the hotel is located corresponded chic and calm to the stay. Vesuvio and the sea are seen almost from everywhere. Swimming pool was cool to use after the hot days. Staff was accurate, polite and helpful. The restaurant and the roof top bar offered good choice of food and drinks for a short stay.

It was not obvious how to make the housemade clean the room, as she is too busy to do it in her short working hours and had to be booked in advance through reception. It looks like the hotel serves big excursion groups , so that we had big buses on the parking and really hordes of people for the dinner. Staff seemed to be too occupied with their deals, so the behaviour with clients was quite cool.

They gave me a free upgrade from a double room in the annexe to a double room in the main building. The room was spacious and clean with modern furniture. The balcony was exceptionally spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly well. The hotel was located 12 minutes from the main train station that takes you to Napoli ( 20 minutes) and 5 minutes from the bus station (bus 808) that takes you to Vesuvius and Pompei. The pool was big enough, not very crowded and with enough sun beds in the shade or in the sun. Swimming caps are mandatory, and you can buy one from the pool guy for 2 €. Breakfast was ok, not great, not bad! Private parking with enough parking spots.

The shower cabin in the bathroom needs renovation!

I'm sorry - but we don't speak Italian - but they were happy to speak to us in English The restaurant / food was better than we had expected Having a pool was a real bonus and so glad that it was open One member of staff, sorry can't remember his name (began with D) was particularly helpful with us one afternoon at the poolside, getting us a menu and helping us with train information. But everyone was friendly Oh - Sky Bar was lovely too The hotel is an oasis

Just a little thing ... I think I was expecting the wine to be a bit cheaper, particularly any local offering. There's not much you can really do about this, but the hotel is an oasis amongst a not so pretty area. We'd have loved to have been able to walk around the local area in the evening.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food at the hotel restaurant was not even comparable with the quality of the outside restaurants. We went out in several days and the restaurants nearby were not even close to the hotel quality. The pool was clean and the hotel staff helped us book a trip to positano and amalfi trough hp travel. We really enjoyed our stay here and we would gladly come back.

There was nothing to dislike

The room we stayed in (303) was lovely with lots of space & a very comfortable queen size bed. There wasn't so much space in the bathroom/shower though. The view we had from our balcony was absolutely stunning. The rooftop terrace was a really nice space to relax, eat/drink & chill out. It also has an amazing view of the sea. The swimming pool & area around the swimming pool were exceptionally well kept. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of times & on both occasions the food didn't disappoint. The staff were very attentive. The front of the hotel & reception area are both beautifully kept. In general, the whole hotel is really well looked after & is a lovely place to relax.

The staff were helpful, providing information about local travel options and excursions. The food was great and the staff at the pool were fantastic. The location is perfect to explore Naples, Vesuvius, Pompeii and Ercolano, with easy access via the bus or train. You can also arrange day trips from the Port to Capri, Amalfi and Positano. We had a great holiday and are sad to leave such an authentic part of Italy.

Comfy beds, greenery and quite atmosphere, comfortable parking lot. The breakfast is basic but tasty and you can have it at a nice garden terrace. And the service is really nice, very welcoming. Its better to rent a car, cause the property is out of nosy Naples and most of the sightseeing places but it takes 10-15 mins by walk to a train station. And there are a few good places to eat not really far.

Coffee machine at breakfast is a real disappointment, but some tea-lovers will not pay any attention :)

I loved the room with a terrace and exceptional view to the sea and mountains. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of different choices to choose from. The one dinner we had at the hotel was a five star service and the food was amazing. Employees are very professional and take their jobs very seriously. The hotel and the rooms were impeccably clean. We thank the special services received from Giusseppe, Pascualino, Nino and Martina to name a few, but all of them were helpfull. We would definitely be back!

Really lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Modern rooms. Decent swimming pool and good food.

Location isn’t great unless you have a car. Rooms quite small. Not very well soundproofed - woken a lot through noise of people opening and closing doors, moving furniture etc. Funny drains smell coming from bathroom which stank the whole room out.
