My and my husband spent 10 days here from the 17th June to 27th and we loved every minute of it. The location was really clean and kept very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also it's great for family and couples because you have a lovely swimming pool and the sandy beach is just across the street. Breakfast also was good and there's a bar there too to enjoy. It was also good that there's no problem with parking your car because each house has its own parking space with electronic gates with code numbers to get in and out. The owner Alessandro is ever so helpful and friendly and always happy to help. We will definitely be going there again.

Position/location good .right on beach just have to cross a small road. Umbrella and 2 beach beds 20 euro per day

Stayed 4 nights.no change of bed sheets. Change if towels after 2 days upon asking. No toilet paper afyer 1 day.asked in evening but did not get any until next day from cleaner. No kettle in the kitchenette and it took ages to boil water in casserole without lid (30 minutes) Breakfast was very minimal.

I absolutely love the homely feel this place provided us while also the comfort of a breakfast served. The kitchen gives so many possibilities on top.

It's a bit far from the city center, but if you're by car, there are nice parking spaces provided so you'll have no trouble at all finding your way by car wherever you want. And if you're here for sea + swimming pool, even better because it's both just one street away!

This is a family friendly vacation spot. It is rustic but has all the amenities needed for a family getaway. Pool on site and beach nearby. Reserved parking available.

Parking is tight. Rooms were dark but we tried to spend as much time as possible outside. Access to pool required bracelets but reception was not available to get our bracelets when we arrived so we had to wait ~1 hour for pool access.

Everything: The apartment has a small living room and a quite large bedroom (the refrigerator is found there indeed!), with a small outside space on the parking area (useful to put your clothes to dry under the sun). The breakfast was abundant and quite varied. The structure has a nice swimming pool and also a restaurant. Access to parking lots (yours is found in front of your apartment) is regulated by a couple of gates you can open with the proper code. The beach is wonderfully found just on the other side of the road. Some other restaurants and food shops (a minimarket and a bakery) are found nearby. The Stair of the Turks is five minutes away by car.

The kitchen did not had anything like salt, kitchen paper, oil, etc. so remember to bring something with you when you arrive there.

The staff staff were all very friendly and welcoming.The lady on reception was very helpful when we arrived,the two ladies doing the breakfast were always smiling and keeping the breakfast room clean and topped up and the pool attendant was very helpful and the pool was super clean.Thanks to the cleaning ladies as well for keeping the towels fresh and room tidy and always with a smile.The lady and man running the snack hut were always smiling and patient with me as I tried out my Italian.Parking was good as well.

really liked the location. the room is small, but comfortable, has a balcony, a beautiful view of the sea. There is a pool, but we were there in October and it was not working. There is also a laundry on the territory, which is very convenient, especially when you are vacationing with children.

Everything was just perfect for our holiday. The pool was just the right size for the kids with a shallow and deep end clearly marked out. The apartment was a good size with all facilities inside. The beach was literally across the road a 20 second walk away Lots of restaurants along the strip

The only comment I have is the wait time to be served at the restaurant. We had to wait over an hour to be served.

Big rooms, big shower, equipped kitchen, table with chairs, sofa, shared washing machine, air conditioning, always very hot water, nice breakfast, very helpful and polite personnel. Value for money A+++. This 10 review is according to my opinion and expectations and according what I paid.
