Older style resort but great location across the road from the stunning view of the point and 5 minutes walk up the road to see the spectacular white stone cliffs hemming the beach. We originally booked an economy room which wasn’t ideal and had some issues but the receptionist was lovely and organised a better room with an upgrade. Air con worked excellent in the room and it was a peaceful spacious room to sleep in. The pool is pristine and refreshing after a busy day. The restaurant staff are excellent and the dinner menu choice we had was delicious. Breakfast was a buffet was ample with a varied selection. This location is ideal to see Agrigento Valley of the Temples as it’s only a 15 minute drive away. Also just across the road down a stroll down a few minutes you can walk down from the pizza bar to the long stretch of sandy beach. The nearest supermarket was hard to find, we ended up driving 15-20 minutes up past the town of realmonte and found a big one for supplies.

Older style resort could do with some renovations as it’s an excellent location and there should be pool service though you can walk down to the bar and order drinks. It would be nice if while relaxing at the pool someone came and asked guests if they wished to order drinks.

The pool was excellent. Proximity to the beach and scala dei turchi couldn’t have been better. Maybe 100m to the free entry to the steps to the beach. The receptionist told us about a Tuktuk Driver that would take us to the beach for two euros. The 200 steps to the beach were quite manageable, but it was just as easy to take the tuktuk and walk all along the beach to the scala. Maybe 15 minutes. The rooms were quite big. 114 and 116. They faced the courtyard. Shutter doors kept the glaring heat away. The air conditioner unit worked well. The pool was warm and the loungers comfortable. Exceptional staff.

Fantastic stay at Scala dei Turchi Resort! Safe location, just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. The pool area is great, food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Superior room which was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The location and pool were great. The room was comfy. The staff (especially the lady at the front desk) was really nice.

The price compared to other similar places we have stayed at was a bit high. Also the hotel moved us to another room (I assume for another guest) and there was this non-stop ticking noise coming from the utility closet outside the room. It was particularly annoying at night.

The room was very large. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The pool was nice and clean. Great location. Close to the beach. There is a bar and restaurant on site, but we didn't go to either. We would recommend.

Being so close to the beach, I know it is hard to get rid of all of the sand on the floor which left our feet feeling a little gritty when we walked around barefooted, which happened before we visited the beach. Even so, understandable, that happens at all beach hotels. Not a big complaint, just noted. To us, foam mattresses are not comfortable, and here, we had a foam mattress. It might be really comfortable to some, just not to us.

The Deluxe room was very spacious with plenty of natural light. The grounds and pool were lovely. Dinner at the resort was excellent; special thanks to Alfonso for his very courteous and professional service (old school hospitality), he was exceptional. Location was ideal for visiting the Stairs of the Turks.

Minor areas for improvement include: better coffee for breakfast; no coffee machine in the room; dining chairs in the rooms need padding on the bottom as they are noisy when moved around. Tip: if staying in a room near the pool, be sure to bring earplugs as there is a local rooster which crows at the crack of dawn 😊

The location was nice, next to the sea and Scala dei Turchi cliffs, and close to the busy Valley of the Temples at Agrigento. The apartment was big, with a nice living room, a good sized couples bedroom and a small twin room. Everything was clean and bathroom essentials provided for all the guests. Breakfast was good, and could also be had outside in the garden. There are parking spots on the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was ok, but a bit too small, even more for up to 4 guests. There was only an A/C in the living room, making the rooms a bit hot with the doors closed.

Good place. Even if the pictures are better than reality. Very spacious room. Good swimming pool, even if it’s “closed” at night. Good breakfast and menu options for other meals. Thxs to Alfonso. Very nice host

In the begging people tend to be a bit “cold”. Considering you are the client it wouldn’t be like that. But they got more friendly later. 😁

Wonderful Pool, lovely location (houses und garden look nice), great position (near to the beach at scala dei turchi), great and friendly roomservice

- The coffee at breatfast was bad, verkaufe offen we missed the croissants at the breakfast at mine o'clock. - The pillow was too hard. - Some things in the bathroom could need a bit refurbishment.

Absolutely gorgeous pool & pool area & great location for walking down to the Scala dei Turchi & the beach. The room was nice & spacious, but with some signs of age & could do with a bit of a refresh.

No hot water on our first evening, but it seemed to be resolved the next day (after I mentioned it to reception.) The restaurant was a ‘fancy’ (pricey) restaurant, with no simple options for families/kids, which was a pity.
