Very well served by all the staff, especially the staff at the reception and the staff serving breakfast. Really friendly and helpful all around for any need or questions we had. I had also been treated with a surprise on my birthday without mentioning anything. Very clean rooms and a beautiful steak house next door which is part of the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Ragusa!

It's quite modern and nice surrounding. Room and public area are spotless. We stayed a triple room there is a big bed on mezzanine floor Staff is quite helpful and friendly One restaurant inside the hotel is getting a michelin guide for steak but unfortunately we have no time to try. May be next time.

Nothing is complaining about

The breakfast was a Sicilian style breakast which means there was pastry, bread, cheese, ham, hardboiled eggs, jam, fresh juices and fruit and as many cappuccinos as you wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was elegantly furnished and set in beautiful and quiet surroundings. There was a very good restaurant in the same building where we dined that evening. The room and bathroom were pleasant and everything was very clean and in order.

We couldn't close the door of our room easily. We had to push hard.

I liked the place really nice and quiet and staff ready to help.. and then there is this steakhouse next to it MU Steakhouse wow the meat there is so tender just wow!!!!!

Evening meal was excellent, with interesting choice of food. Restaurant staff were very helpful and clearly took a pride in their work and were great to talk to. Good local wine recommendations. Breakfast was good, with helpful lady supervising.

We'd have liked a cup of tea earlier in the afternoon - had to wait for the bar at 4.30.

I travel all over europe from uk , france , switzerland , germany , italy , sicily every month and this is one of the most i like hotels i like , clean , nice and best staff helpfull and wonderfull good food. 100% recomended

The hotel is really beautiful, the restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the food was good. Comfortable beds.

It was not really clean in the bathroom

We really appreciated our return visit. It did everything that we wanted.

We decided to have a meal in the beautiful restaurant. Atmosphere Decor Staff excellent. Unfortunately I am a vegetarian and found the menu a little challenging to say the least.
