Spacious room with comfortable bed and a place to work. Fast and stable wi-fi. Balcony with great view of Ragusa. The owner was welcoming and helpful - I don't speak Italian, but we easily communcated in Engslish. I had breakfasts everyday at 8am, with the variety of choices, from fruits, yoghurts, cheese and ham to sweets. And of course excellent coffee. Neighbourhood is perfect. Parking on Via Roma is paid on weekdays, but I always managed to find someting for free - if not in the close vicinity, then a few blocks away from B&B. Overall my stay was better than I expected. I felt well and comfortable.

The best B&B in Ragusa, the hostess Florinda is sooo nice and kind, just like family, very warm and welcome, the breakfast is very good and Florinda do a lot for me. The room is very beautiful and clean, very good position in Ragusa city center. I like this place very much! Thank you so much for the hostess: dear Florinda! See you next time!

Everything is so good

The location was convenient - easy to find and just a short walk to the cathedral in Ragusa. It was a 25 minute walk downhill to Ragusa Ibla but we caught a free shuttle bus back to the upper town. The room was up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. This was fine for us and we had minimal luggage but if I went again I would request the room on the first floor. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom worked well, though we were a little worried it was going to overflow. It drained very slowly. The air conditioning worked well and the wifi was excellent. The room was very orange - all the decorative elements were orange including the pillow slips and bed lamps. It wasn’t a problem but it was noticeable. The breakfast was good - almost too much to choose from. The hostess was extremely nice with lots of useful tips about Ragusa. The parking was find it on the street but the hostess came to help us find somewhere and it was actually very close, and free.

Very good location with easy access to historical part of Ragusa. Free parking available close-by. Very flexible and helpful host - I had troubles getting to the appartment during nighttime, Florinda exchanged messages with me very late on Sunday. I also appreciated that breakfast included also eggs, cheese, ham etc. And Flo is an adorable host, eagerly sharing information about Ragusa, recommendations for food and making your day start with a huge & honest smile.

The room is comfortable with a beautiful attached bathroom with great attention to detail. The balcony is pretty and the perfect place to spend the evening hours. The breakfast was tasty with a wide variety food to choose from. Florinda is an excellent host and ready to help with anything you might need.

Loved everything about it – especially the wonderful host lady who treated us to a rather rich breakfast and didn't raise any fuss after we didn't have any small bills to pay for the city tax. Oh and she recommended a few cities to visit next and it all worked out great. The room was pretty, good shower, cozy balcony, streaming services in TV etc. The b&b is very close to the old town, so it's very easy to just go straight and start looking for the best restaurants etc. Oh and I definitely recommend going to marina di ragusa the next day, it was easily our favourite seaside town in all of eastern sicily.

The location of this B&B can't be better. It's on a quiet side street in a very nice area close to the beautiful San Giovanni Battista cathedral and its surrounding restaurants. Florinda the owner is the perfect hostess, communicative, gregarious, informative, warm and welcoming. Yes, she actually meets her guests which seems more & more rare these days in Italy! Her B&B has been decorated with love, flair and attention to a lot of details. The room is huge with a balcony where one can have an aperitif on the cute chairs & table. The bathroom is roomy, also decorated with love & attention, the shower is great with shampoo & shower gel provided. The bed is comfortable and the mini fridge contains water & a variety of soft drinks. Breakfast is in the very cosy kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor around a big table laden with many savoury & sweet choices, yoghurt, fruits etc. Those driving can find a free space on the adjacent streets depending on the time & period. f you are reading this, don't hesitate to book this B&B! It really is fantastic!

I have zero complaint. Carrubbelle exceeded my expectation even though I had chosen it due to its excellent reviews.

The room is spacious and spotless clean, curated in extreme details with a feminine touch. The welcome gesture with drinks and snacks is a wonderful surprise and we got to chill out in our balcony for a lovely time. The breakfast is very rich and we were offered to try a selection of local pastries and salty snacks. What an experience! The host is very welcoming, helpful and informative. Obviously she works with great passion and 100% efforts. Thumb up for her dedication and determination of running a first class B&B in the historical center of Ragusa!

this is our 2nd time at Carrubbelle, the breakfast was good taking into account the cost of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Fluorinda, she even got us a kettle for our room as we like a cup of tea first thing.

Friendly and helpful owner. Everything went flawlessly. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. The balcony is nicely decorated for relaxed sitting. The location is good, you can walk down the stairs to the old town, about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. We enjoyed this accommodation.
