There are 5 star hotels that could take some notes from this 4 star hotel. Everything to the minutest detail was exceptional. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff wonderful and helpful in particular Alexis, who took her time to give me genuine recommendations based on what I asked and needed only. The restaurant she recommend was exactly what I wanted, rustic and delicious and not overpriced, she truly understood customer service, with a smile and organised everything from my taxi in the morning to an iron! I truly felt taken care of from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The room itself was exquisite and the continental breakfast at high level of quality. This was a truly 5 star Experience for a 4 star hotel. The location is fantastic, Ragusa Ibla is a lovely walk down the mountain with restaurants and beautiful locals to interact with along the way a quick 10 min bus ride back up the and less that 1 min walk to the hotel from the bus stop. I wouldn't need to stay anywhere else when I go back to Ragusa. Just fantastic.

I would say it is lives up to its name. Lovely facility, friendly and professional staff. Clean, quiet and modern rooms. They offer breakfast, which is great, but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, they offered to provide an excellent assortment of appetizers and wine for a casual “dinner” when we decided to not go out for dinner the first night.

No parking at the hotel (not uncommon), but a parking garage is located about 300 meters away.

What a beautiful building,perfectly located for exploring the old town. Like staying in a piece of history. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The wonderful Michelle found us a private terrace, brought us a delicious glass of Sicilian rose and some aperitvos and found us the most amazing restaurant for the evening. Would highly recommend the pool at their sister hotel which was a green oasis, much needed after our visit to the old town in sweltering heat.

A very lovely Hotel. Excellent facilities with beatifull staff. The staff are all hard working and deserve praise. We stayed an extra night which was given to us for a reduced price. We would go back.

The WiFi was a bit weak in our room. However the palazzo is so solid and the signal can struggle to get through. But this did not bother us at all.

Modern, clean, and amazing smelling hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Spa and indoor pool available at extra cost, not free as advertised on booking. Nearby parking is also available on the streets. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if visiting.

The room and standing shower were small. Sauna was not functioning in the spa. However, the manager was able to provide the spa facilities free of charge due to this, which was very nice of them.

This hotel is quite interesting, situated in a historical building, and staffed with very friendly and helpful personnel. The location within a historic structure adds to the intrigue and uniqueness of the hotel but also leads to some discomfort and lack of clarity in navigating the premises. Despite these quirks, the character of the place and the attentiveness of the staff make for an intriguing and memorable stay.

Unfortunately, the elevator got stuck during our stay, which shook our confidence in using it again. Additionally, the bathroom was somewhat peculiar, featuring a huge bathtub but no shower, and the drain was somehow unopenable. These oddities detracted slightly from our overall comfort, but they were unique aspects of our stay that we'll certainly remember. Parking, especially with larger vehicles, is challenging due to the hotel's location in the old town area. The narrow and winding streets typical of such historical settings can make navigation and finding a suitable parking spot quite difficult.

The receptionist staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were above expectations. The small hotel spa was very cozy and gave of an exclusive feeling. Location is central and quiet. Cute aquarium with cute fish

The breakfast was a mess even though the food was good. The tables were not cleaned, plates where missing and the staff was busy with something else. Housekeeping did not refill shampoo bottles etc and we ran out of toilet paper.

This is a sleek modern hotel with its own spa and wellness centre, located on a quiet street in the upper area of Ragusa. Staff are multi-lingual and very helpful and special thanks to Antonio (who had been to my town, Brighton!). The breakfast is excellent with selection of pastries, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, juices and cereals. Also very family-friendly. They even made a sandwich for me as I was leaving very early on my last day. The single room was well-furnished with a very comfy bed.. Single rooms are well-furnished with excellent new bathroom and a hot shower. You go down hill into the historic centre, which is a leisurely 20-minute walk. Ragusa is a beautiful hill town, so expect to get some exercise going up and down the different streets. Many of the shop and restaurant staff speak English. The food is great, and a good variety of cafes, snack bars and restaurants. Along with Noto and Monica, this is one of the most important towns for Baroque architecture and the church you see features in the Inspector Montalbano TV series.

It was all very good, so nothing to complain about, The single rooms are quite small. However, they are clean and well-furnished.
