It is situated in the very heart of Ragusa, so everything is walking distance although there is a lot of steps so be prepared. It was a self check-in, because the staff was there only in the mornings, but they were really nice. The room was comfy, big bathroom and minibar. The breakfast was not like in the pictures, about half of it but it was still good (sweet and salty) but we were there at the beginning of September, so in the summer it is maybe different. We parked our car next to hotel and it was for free.

The room is right next to a chapel, so be sure to wake up at 8 a.m. to a sound of wake up melody from the bells. The A/C was a little bit tricky, because you could only set the temperature but not the fan, but we could work with that.

The receptionist Gloria was very helpful and active. One of the few hotels near Ragusa Ibla with certain parking options. Not far from there gorgeous view on Ragusa Ibla.

The location is ok, but on the less interesting half of Ragusa. To reach the picturesque half of the old town (Ragusa Ibla) you walk over 20 minutes and hundreds of stair steps. Parking is a question of chance (more free parking options 150m further on the right under a huge bridge). The reception is only manned between 8 and 11 am, the rest is via booking.com or WhatsApp communication. 4 Star due to fridge and safe in the room, otherwise quite simple as a style.

Super easy check-in, welcoming and helpful staff, sufficient breakfast. Free upgrade to room with balcony. Good location between the train station and Ragusa Ibla, close to two different routes (one with fewer steps!)

Unless you are pious, the church bells are excessive. Bring earplugs. Room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and, given the noise from the bells, leaving the balcony door open was not possible. Also, like many hotels in Italy today, the pressure to respond to every single breakfast request means more food but lower quality. I would have preferred fruit, yogurt, and fresh, locally made cornetti.

The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. The shower was great and the room temperature was perfect given it was cold outside. The hotel had very easy free parking opposite, and overlooks Ragusa Ibla which was beautiful at night. It is walking distance to the restaurants at Ragusa Ibla. The breakfast buffet was fabulous - deli meats and cheese, eggs, bread, and homemade cakes. muesli and yoghurt as well as cappuccino and teas. This was a wonderful surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The room was modern and parking (when we arrived) was easy in front of the hotel although it could get very difficult. The breakfast was adequate with the usual cold options . There is a lovely terrace area but weather did not permit us to spend anytime there

The shower area needed cleaning The photos do imply that you breakfast on the balcony this is not the case breakfast is taken on the ground floor. We had a room with balcony on the first floor, there is no view of the old town from here

Thanking all for the care shown well before our arrival till the end of our holiday. Very much appreciated! 2. Good breakfast, coffee and fresh home-made cakes though no croissants as in ad.

1. We were offered a ground floor room directly overlooking the square. Though very convenient, only a glass door with a blackout and another curtain seperated us from the outside world, which we felt it wasn't very safe. 2. No mirrors in the bedroom, only one above the sink in the bathroom which is a bit uncomfortable for makeup. 3. I suggest to find a better way for the hotel to always automatically provide hot water in the sink and shower.

We only spent a night in Ragusa, but it was great: all the information about self check-in, location, parking, was well explained in a detailed message; the host answered promptly and friendly to every call or request (even late at night). It is a quiet area, it was easy to find a parking spot,it is near restaurants (yeah, 10-15 min of walking up the stairs when coming back, but the view is mesmerising). Good breakfast, clean and large room, everything was great!

When we first arrived Chiara was there to provide us with our orientation and helped us work through the details of this property. I was a little road weary, and her patience show me how to (ahem!) access the property after hours was invaluable! It is located just outside of the old town, so we did do a lot of stair walking, but the hotel is located within walking distance of all of the major sites in Ragusa. As we had a car, it was also convenient as parking was just out in front of the hotel, so we didn't need to drag our bags very far at all. The breakfast was wonderful - be sure to try the fresh squeezed blood orange juice and canoli!

Parking was a little bit awkward, but once we figured it out it was fine.

We loved this place! Its an unpretentious small hotel that managed to surpass most of my expectations. Rooms are quite large and super comfortable with a really comfortable bed, nice crisp lines and great bathroom. Also totally spotless. We had a room on the first floor with a balocny overlooking a lovely square (but no view of Ibla) Location is great is you want to explore both Ibla nd Ragusa Superiore as it right between the two with a hidden path that leads you down to Ibla . Breakfast was also very good with a good selection including cannoli. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommended and will be back.

Nothing much but just one small suggestion. Remove the dead flowers on the balcony. They add no value.

Excellent location, large and comfortable room and Gloria at reception could not have been more helpful. This is a little gem of a hotel within close walking distance of Ragusa Ibla but also close to city centre I will be recommending this hotel to my friends Thanks to Gloria for all her help which made my stay so much more comfortable
