Beautiful room in the peaceful and beautiful Val del Noto area of Sicily. Hotel all at ground level, although as always, steps here and there (e.g. from reception to breakfast area) so check step-free access if you need it, before booking. Our room had an upper gallery area with large double bed and then lower area with double sofa bed, shower room, wardrobe, TV and a small table and chairs for 4. Perfect for a family of 3 adults. All spotlessly clean and a delicious breakfast for 8 Euros per person. Pool looked amazing but not quite warm enough to swim yet in early May (22/25c). Hotel reached by its own exit of the interstate (!) and plenty of hotel parking available on its private land outside hotel grounds.

Not really a 'didn't like' - just something to note. In early May when we stayed, the aircon was switched to only produce heat (Receptionist seems to say it either does one or the other and had not yet been changed over) but actually room was a pleasant temperature. However, if you are someone who, perhaps for medical reasons, needs greater temperature control, you might need to check with the hotel before booking.

This is a nice hotel conveniently located just outside the city . Rooms are spacious , well furnished and equipped with comfortable bed and good aircon . The pool is large, clean and has great views . Breakfast was comprehensive and lots of choice. At €7 pp it’s good value The staff are welcoming , cheerful , helpful , polite and efficient . It’s a nice place to stay

Two couple travelling together and having booked months in advance - though we did not specify it - it would have been more useful if the rooms - chosen as ‘identical standard ‘ when booking - could have been allocated in closer proximity in the same block rather than at opposite ends of the complex in different buildings . One other minor point - a small kettle and comp Tea/ coffee would not go amiss in a hotel of this otherwise good standard .

Amazing and very clean location. Stunning view from the pool and a very sweet lady at the breakfast corner (who baked fresh cakes every morning). Also the restaurant manager was very attentive (his service was absolutely exceptional!).

We actually booked a junior suite, but never got told that it wasn’t available. Once we walked to our room, we noticed that this wasn’t the room we actually booked. The receptions said that she “forgot” to tell us about this issue upon arrival. We did get compensated with free breakfast every morning. Though, this whole process could’ve been better and more professional.

I would just like to thank all the staff for the excellent service provided during our stay particularly Sergio and Silvana who were extremely attentive towards my young son. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the extent that we extended it on 2 occasions! Thank you all very much!

Nice hotel with a great pool overlooking the whole area from Ragusa down to the sea, comfortable room and very good breakfast. The receptionists are very kind, they suggested us a very good restaurant in Ragusa Il Barocco.

The hotel is quite out from Ragusa, 15 minutes drive and near the main road. The reason why we chose this hotel was that it said they have dinner, as we did not want to drive after arrival. Unfortunately a couple of days before our arrival they noted us that the restaurant is closed for dinner in the winter starting from November, so we had to drive in to Ragusa anyway.

Room: Large, airy room with loads of space. Air conditioner worked well, bed was a good size and comfortable. Large bathroom with good shower. Quiet and peaceful. Facilities: lovely courtyard set up, great pool area with fab views and lovely covered outside space with seats. Staff: Michela and Antonio were really friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They were also kind enough to call and book dinner for us which really helped.

A little bit tricky to find, even using Google maps-either a sign at the entrance (at the gates) or a picture of how the gates look would easily solve this. A chest of drawers would have been useful; there was a wardrobe with hanging space but only two tiny drawers at the bottom which we didn't use.

The apartments were quietly located away from the hotel. Large comfortable beds. An oven in the kitchen. 2 bathrooms with great showers. Staff were really friendly and helpful. A large pool with the best view. The friendly dogs.

The pool was very cold despite the heat of August.

Wifi signal is not very good but this was not an issue since we had good reception anyway. Something to keep in mind for anyone booking which was known to us already is that you cannot walk to anywhere from here so make sure you have your own car for dining out and sightseeing.

Excellent atmosphere, very helpful staff and spacious and comfortable room. Air conditionning a bit noisy and WiFi connexion only next to the door, but very good meal, easy parking and good location to explore the baron places around.
