An incredible place with very friendly staff. What really impressed us during the stay was the cleanliness of the place and the cleaning provided in the rooms. Exceptional attitude of the staff who not only are there at any given moment but also help you to understand how to move around the city, where to take what bus, where to buy the tickets etc. Despite the friendliness and easygoing atmosphere you do not feel overwhelmed with the presence of the staff members which sometimes might happen in other facilities in resorts. Overall if I was ever to come back to Rimini I would definitely consider this hotel as my primary option.

First and foremost - absolutely fabulous owners and staff, semplicemente il migliore! Super friendly, reacted always promptly and with a smile to every question and request for help. Breakfast was abundant - toast, ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fresh homemade pastries, fruits. Good coffee (with as many refills as you like) comes without saying. The lobby had also a small bar where you could get refreshing beer or soda during the day. The rooms were simple, but everything you needed was there. Although the hotel was close to the beach and restaurants, the rooms were quiet. Really family friendly hotel.

First we didn't have an air conditioner in our room, but that problem was quickly solved by the owners, we got a new room with everything we needed.

It was too hot in the room, no air condition available. The guests next door smoked on the balcony and the smoke came into our room.

The hotel is close to everything you may need (e.g. bus stop, metro mere, restaurants, beach and others). The hotel is clean and peaceful. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. The shower was great as was the internet access.

The receptionists do not speak English which affected the communication.

Too few storage space in the room - hanging / wall shelf in the bathroom would be nice and a bit more storage in the room like for example an over the bed storage.

Great location close to the beach, restaurants and metromare to quickly reach all the different areas of Rimini and Riccione. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we felt like in family.

We would have appreciated a ramp to bring the stroller up and down from the hotel

the shower is right next to toilet all in one. you can sit poop and shower at the same time , just need a little window through the door to get breakfast and coffee served , I wouldn’t never then leave the bathroom . STAFF ARE TOO NICE, SO NICE YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM TO NOT BE SO NICE.

Location is very good, the beach is near and the hosts are really nice and helpful. Everything was good and we enjoyed ourselves.

The staff is exepsionaly friendly.
