The staff are super nice, and extremely supportive. Hotel is very near to the beach. Room is good. Hotel spa is really good and has a penthouse view.

The drinking glasses in the room are not cleaned from previous Booking. The gym is not actually kind of useful. Having kettle would have been nicer to have some tea or coffee

Location, convenience, facilities

I think for a family with children it’s unfortunate that the pool closes at 3pm to turn into a spa. I would prefer if the spa is separated for the adults, and families still have access to the pool ( at least the outside one )

Location of the accommodation is pretty good, you can go there within a 30 min walk or take a bus from the Rimini train station. The receptionist were helpful and kind, we received recommendations for restaurants and about a visit to San Marino. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable with a little balcony. Additionally, the breakfast was good (try chocolate cake, it is amazing!), when we arrived, it was a continental buffet, and in the next couple of days, we got a check list about our options to eat (which of course included everything that we saw in the continental buffet). Also, there is a gym (with some machines, basically cardio ones, like indoor bike, elliptical trainer etc.), spa and jacuzzi which can be used from 9AM to 3PM freely.

It could be a little cleaner. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience as one of us sat on a stool next to the elevator and there was a small piece of glass on it. Certainly, the receptionist provided us antiseptic to sterilize the wound and took the trousers to the laundry, but during our check-out, she firstly wanted to ask for the 6 Euro payment for this service. After we mentioned that she never said that she did not charge us at the end eventually.

Breakfast was good and tasty and staff was very polite. We have got very small room (our friend was staying alone, but got larger room), but it was clean and we found everything what we need (refrigerator, hairdryer, towels..). Administrators were very polite and nice.

For breakfast there were no vegetables served.

The hotel is very nice and cosy. Breakfast was very, very good with wide variety of things to choose from - from cheese, ham etc thru yogurt and many different pastry. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace and that was extremely nice. The waiter was brining us coffee and you could choose whatever kind you wanted. The rooftop jaccuzi was a very nice place to relax during the daytime with a brilliant view. Beds were pretty comfortable. The city center is pretty far - better to take the bus, but it is opposite the hotel and gets you to the city very fast. The beach is just across the street and the hotel guests have a discount at one of them. There are many stores close to the hotel and also nice restaurants.

the water in the pool could be a bit more cold, as with 35 degrees outside it was hard to cool off. The pool is accesible free of charge only until a certain time and then you cannot use it anymore, unless you pay :(

Lovely hotel, very clean, we stayed for three nights and we had lovely time. The receptionist Claudia was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. Close to the beach.

Nice location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. So close to beach. And a nice jacuzzi on roof top with a nice view of sea.

Nice hotel, bubble baths at the top are accessible at no additional cost from 9 til 15. Possible to arrange early breakfast even before 6, we thank Victor for that very much. Very silent room even if it is overlooking the noisy street

Noise from the coridoors is not insulated very well.

It was a wonderful experience with this hotel. Rooms are very nice and clean, everyday cleaning service, breakfast very varied and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Children were very welcomed, and the 2 rooftop Jacuzzis were perfect!
