Staff: Helpful and welcoming. Room: Reasonable in size, though it seems the bathroom could be better designed or more user-friendly. Location: Centrally located, which is convenient for exploring the city.

Breakfast: Limited in variety, with a focus more on desserts than a traditional breakfast, which may not appeal to all guests. Cleanliness: The presence of ants if crumbs are left in the room indicates an issue with cleanliness or pest control, which could be a concern for future visitors. AC doesn’t work

Location was convenient to the train station and to the buses to San Marino. Antonella at the first desk was awesome! So helpful and helped plan what I did. The breakfast was nice. Good AC, hot water and good water pressure.

The room was dated. Bed wasn’t so comfy. Shower was part of the bathroom so floor and things got wet when you shower.

The location is excellent- not far from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful despite the language barrier on my end. The continental breakfast was very satisfying. The room had a nice view as well.

The one complaint I have is that the bed was too firm and slightly lumpy. I was still able to sleep in it, but it made for a rough morning waking up.

Excellent location right near the main train station, very welcoming and helpful staff. Perfect for a one or two-night stay.

The look and feel made me nostalgic. The location is amazing next to train station. The hotel managers are amazing. They started the breakfast 30 min before scheduled time to accommodate me since I had an early train. They were very kind.

Friendly staff which is rare in this modern cyber world that we are living now a days and specially in Europe which they have bad reputation for NOT being costumer friendly in comparison to the U.S.A.

A place of its kind. Far from latest trends. Might need some work, not a modern place. But... large and very comfy bed. Perfect location. Still I would go there again.

The Hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the historical city, and 10 minutes to the beaches. They served breakfast until 11 and breakfast included some salty food as well (not only sweets). The receptionist Antonella is exceptional. She solves all the problems (especially parking problems). The hotel offers free parking. They clean the rooms everyday and they change the beddings regularly.

The hotel is old, maybe they should renovate it, but the staff, makes it up :)

Even facilities are old, but feel comfortable. Because they tried hard helping guests sincerely. Best location near to train station and bus station.
