Just 5 mins from the station, the room was on the first floor with the owners living on the floor above. Room was very spacious with a balcony and 2 chairs and spotlessly clean. The owners provided an amazing breakfast with almost whatever you wanted; we liked the fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, coffee and wonderful cakes! Lots of information in leaflets available plus the owner was willing to give us tips on what to do and where to eat.

The location is central and gives quick access to all you need within some walking distance. The owners are kind, helpful and welcoming. The room is big, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good.

The property is private and does not function as a typical hotel. Check in time is early and so we started with a bit stress since we arrived late. There is one table in the dining room and the property has 3 guest rooms. Then we found ourselves eating with strangers around one table in the morning. There is a info sign saying that you might be charged money for staining bed or armchair covers.... It could be a benefit for many that you feel like staying at your friends house but for us it felt a bit uptight.

Everything was great. Hosts are really nice people who loves their hotel. You can feel their devotion and effort to make it perfect. Location is super convenient as you can easily reach city center going to one side and train station (and San Marino bus station) to another.

I stayed for one night, and I liked it. It's close to the station, the hosts welcomed us even though we arrived later in the evening. They are very kind. They prepared breakfast for us, but unfortunately we couldn't stay because we were in a hurry. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

There was no stone left unturned. The room was impeccable the attention to detail spot on and the consideration afforded by the hosts beyond reproach. A standard of well priced accommodation that I didn’t expect to find in Rimini. Breakfast was a master stroke.

The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The appartment is decorated with great taste, being a harmonious and welcoming environment. The bed is comfortable and also the pillows. It would be useful to have earplugs early in the morning. The location is central, at 3-5 minutes to the train station, so you can plan your train journeys very easily. I did day trips to San Marino, Ravenna and Ancona. The breakfast is Italian, very good espresso, juices and pastries, also boiled eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, but not greens and vegetables. Daily cleaning service is exemplary. There is a hairdryer, soap and shower gel in the bathroom. There is enough space in the room for storage and even to work on the laptop at the table. On summer days, I think the balcony is a good option for relaxation.

It was a bit too cold, especially early in the morning. Maybe an electric mug would have been useful in the room, to have the possibility to prepare a tea. Since it was winter, I could keep some fruit on the balcony, but in summer, a mini refrigerator would be very useful, at least to keep a water or drink cold.

I thoroughly recommend this B & B. They are the loviest people. And breakfast was excellent. And it is just down the road from the railway station. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The host are very nice. They make you feel welcome and even as a member of the family. They are very dedicated and was very nice to meet them. The property is close to the city center and also to the train station making additional trips to San Marino or Ravenna easy. The room was big and very clean. It has everything you need.

The bed was a little to hard. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything form the other room. This is not the faults of the hosts, but the guests should keep this in mind in order to not disturb the others.

The breakfast was extensive and delicious and our hostess Rosanna was a delight. Our room was large bright and clean. We are looking forward to return for another visit.

Not having the breakfast room in the same building but we enjoyed all they offered.

It was very easy to find, straight out of the railway station and keep going for a few hundred yards. It is in the old town so sufficiently away from hustle of the beach area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and unfortunately I was unable to sample the cakes as I had to rush off each morning. The proprietors were very friendly and spoke enough English for me to understand what was what. I will definitely book to stay here again when I am next in the area. For parkrun fans, it is very easy to reach the local parkrun. Out of the door, turn right, up to the main square in the old town, turn right and up to the Tiberius Bridge and the park is on your left.

One small niggle was that I could hear the street market being set-up outside on the Saturday morning albeit I had to be up early anyway to go to parkrun.
