Everything was really good – the house and our room were very clean and well looked after, and the view from our window was absolutely exceptional: you could see a bit of the city’s charm while also enjoying a beautiful view of the beach. The bathroom was also clean and nice, and the area itself was excellent, just a short walk from the beach. The information from the host was accurate and very helpful, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. A really good stay overall!

Great location in the center of Lido di Ostia. Clean and comfortable, and our room had a beautiful view of the spiaggia. Easy to get to and park, and a perfect stay after a long flight to Rome, before driving to Calabria. Highly recommend if you are flying to Rome and not planning to go into the city, as it is much more relaxing to stay in Lido di Ostia and continue your trip from there! Comfortable room and well stocked communal kitchen area.

The host communicated fast with us via WhatsApp. The place inside is well furnished with good taste in design elements. Our host was amazing and friendly, and the place is quite close to Fiumicino, which was excellent as we had to leave very early in the wee hours of the morning, and only had to do a 15 minute drive.

The entrance was hard to find at first, and it is in an apartment building. When I was at the entrance a gentleman approached me and was very adamant to help us bring our luggage upstairs but once there he kept insisting on me going for a drink with him. He was a tenant at the building and not related to Masson 6, but I felt very nervous about that experience, specially when there was no host present at the venue. That spoiled the experience a little.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming and pleasant guest house. We had a clean room with a nice view of the area and a private bathroom. I also appreciated having a dining area where you can have a coffee and relax on the small balcony. And I can't say enough good things about Noemi, who was super personable, helpful, and responsive to our questions and concerns, and even arranged a trip to the airport for us. I highly recommend this place if you're coming to Lido di Ostia!

Honestly my partner and I weren't very impressed with the town in general, although the guest house itself is located in an great place that's close to the beach and surrounded by several good restaurants.

This apartment is near the beach and it's easy to walk to restaurants, shops and coffee. The proprietors were very helpful from the time I booked to the time I checked out. The cleaning staff was very nice also. We caught a cab to Ostia Antica, an archaeology site not to be missed, only a short drive from the apartment.

In short, we loved everything about it. Cleanliness, location, comfort, separate dining area with everything you need: coffee machine, coffee, goodies, cups, plates, etc. The hotel manager is a wonderful person, responded to all our requests and was constantly in touch with us on messenger.

Liked everything, but lacked slippers and a robe for sitting on the balcony for perfection.

This is one of those amazing places you find occasionally. Everything about the apartment is just beautiful. It's a hidden gem in the city. The location is excellent. A great supermarket. 2 minutes walk bus stop 3-minute walk. Vatican City 10-12 minute walk.

no complaints loved the location the space it was exactly what i was looking for and even better when it was so accessible to the beach and restaurants.

The location is amazing! You can see the sea from the balcony. Shops and restaurants are all within very easy walking distance. The nightlife at the shopping center close by and on the pier was so vibrant!

We loved everything, but beach towels would be a really nice bonus!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the sea and the main jetty right from the window. The staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
