The staff was super nice and everything was super clean. They even give you a lunchbox if you check out early for you to eat it on your way to the airport!

The location is not very good and they didn’t put amenities.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport via the SIT Bus shuttle, and it's very easy to get into the heart of Rome from Cornelia metro stop (around 15 min walk away). The staff were incredibly friendly, approachable and welcoming, showing us directly to our room and helping with our bags, as well as being available 24/7. The breakfast, as free breakfasts go, was very good. The hotel itself is spacious and clean, whilst comfortable. The room was small, but was to be expected as we booked a small twin room. Perfect for a short stay in Rome whilst not needing to spend much time at the hotel during the stay. For a hotel a little way out of the centre, it was brilliant. The bathroom was spacious and our room had a fridge which included free water provided by the hotel.

The hotel may be slightly difficult for those with mobility problems, as the main bus stop and Cornelia station are around 15 mins away. There are bus stops almost right outside the front door, however this ads a layer of travel onto the journey. The hotel room was slightly outdated, the wardrobe smelt slightly musty so we were reluctant to store clothes in it and with not much space in the room, this made things slightly awkward. The shower was small - but it was hot and powerful enough, so hard to complain!

FRONT DESK SERVICE WAS AMAZING. My son and I arrived on a very early flight and the front desk lady managed to check us into a room way before the check in time, which we appreciated greatly. The room was the perfect size for two people and the air conditioning was very welcomed considering the heat wave outside (mid-July is always super hot in Rome). The hotel offered two complementary water bottles in the room fridge, upon arrival. Free Internet was available and strong enough for video conferencing even on the forth floor. The balcony was beautiful, including the two swings. The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was sufficient and of decent quality. The price was good compared to other properties located in more central areas. The property is about 10-15 min walk from the Cornelia metro/subway station, 10 metro stops from Termini Train Station and about 7 metro stops from Fontana Trevi, all on the Metro A line, so no changing metros is needed. There are also buses between the Cornelia metro station and the property, but we chose to walk back and forth as needed. Sidewalks between the metro station and this property are rather narrow so strollers and wheelchairs will have a rough time navigating. The neighbourhood was safe, and there were a couple restaurants across the street serving decent food, as well as a small convenience store a couple doors down from the hotel. A gas station is also close by for those who choose to drive. We had a great stay and a positive experience at this property!

The water at the shower was oscillating between super hot and cold at various intervals during the shower. The property is a bit far from the centre, but it did not bother us. However, for people with strollers or wheelchairs it may not be very convenient.

The hotel has very nice rooms, everything looked good, even balconies. The breakfast was good and there were options to choose from. They cleaned every day and the staff was very nice. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, I would gladly go back again.

I didn't see any downsides, but the location, although not bad, is a 15-minute walk to the metro. There are grocery stores and a market nearby, so everything is accessible. And in any case, it's not a big problem.

Great connection to the airport via SIT Bus Shuttle. Friendly staff. The breakfast was really good for Italy and, what is a plus, everything was ready from 7.00. Good soundproofing of windows. Towels changed daily.

A shower that is complicated to use. The dryer runs for 30 seconds, then wait until it cools down. Overall, the bathroom needs to be renovated.

The staff was always present, even at midnight, and the buffet for breakfast was really good. Also the hotel has a metro stop nearby which is really helpful and the metro line A passing through there is comfortable and a lot less crowded in comparison to line B: circa 7 min to get to the metro stop and 10-15 min more to get to the main attractions.

The carbonara I got once for dinner was a bit salty but that's the only cons.

The staff was very friendly, especially the guy to the reception, Daniele,he made me to feel very welcome and anything I was needed he was there to help me. They were cleaning the room every single day and the location was perfect.I highly recommend the hotel.

The lights to the room could be brighter.

The staff specially the filipina women inside the kitchen. We are asked many times if we booked and paid the breakfast wherein the receptionist already confirmed about it. She is really loud talking to her colleagues i think they are fighting in front of the customer which is not really a good image for the property.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great and had good variety of food. The rooms were pretty nice and clean. We had a nice terrace in our room. The location is not bad. The metro station is about 15 minutes away by walking.

The only thing is that the busses near the hotel sometimes didn't show up so we had to walk to our destination, since the hotel is not near the places we wanted to visit.

The room was good for the price, and the bathroom had a bathtub. It was less than 15 minutes walks to the closest subway station.

We tried to have dinner one night and they refuse to serve us because they had booked an outside group of 60 people; but they didn’t let us know (the sign kept showing open and working ) and the waiter seemed quite annoyed that we were asking why we couldn’t have dinner. We ended up going out in the rain and found a place a couple of blocks away.
