I have to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at this property. Maria on the front desk took very good care of us as did her colleagues at the front desk, in the bar for breakfast in the morning and generally all around the property. It was a little distant from the center but that was my fault not theirs and they helped me each day to obtain taxis to and from the centre. Wonderful people. It is people that make your holiday special and everyone at this hotel went out of their way to make sure we were happy. THANK YOU! Kathy and Mike Connolly

Location was a bit too far from the centre but that was my own fault not the hotel's or booking.com !

The place was beautiful, located right ocean front. We had reserved a triple room and they gave us an ocean view with a balcony looking out toward the Amalfi Coast. There is nothing like this view and being able to hear the sound of the waves at night! The staff was professional, kind and accommodating. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night we were there and the food was both excellent and well priced. The location was perfect, right next to a public beach with a rock pier you could walk out on. Breakfast was beautifully presented with full offerings of hot and cold items and personalized espresso service with top-notch baked goods! This hotel is now one of my favorite places to stay in Italy!

Everything was excellent!

Absolute waterfront - to my knowledge no other hotel can claim that in Salerno. This means our balcony views the sea and mountains with no traffic noise or visual whatsoever. The silence gives it a retreat atmosphere while so close to town and bus stop. The deluxe suite is huge with a wonderful large spa also with sea view. Great coffee machine. Plentiful hot water. Large bed. Lots of storage including an anteroom for cases. Breakfast on the sunny seaside terrace is a delight. Barista coffee and fresh Italian cake! The hotel staff are so friendly and extremely helpful in travel tips and arrangements and super efficient. Ask once and it is done. Very clean premises. Next door is Pepe Nero a fabulous absolute seafront restaurant we kept going to as the staff are so friendly, the local vibe is great and food is delicious and generous and interesting.

Green light in room- not sure what this is ? Fire alarm , but seems to be more common in places we stay. Creates light in the room. A concertina mosquito net on the sliding door would mean you can sleep to sounds of waves not aircon.

We stayed two great days in the hotel. Staff is very helpful with always smiley faces. Typical South Italian hospitality and charm. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel has a private parking. Great breakfast. One of the best pizzeria restaurant Pepe Nero is located in a distance of 20meters. In a distance of hundred meters there is a private well organised but very cheap plage where you can sweam. Our special thanks to helpful staff

The apartment was perfect, located inside the ancient walls of Lucca. Beware it is 2 story with the bed and bathroom upstairs. The house is behind a large iron gate and parking is terrible. You must violate the ZTL to be able to pull to the gate and there is no parking except for 3 blocks away where you can pay to park or outside the walls for free. We felt quite safe and the amenities were great. They had a mini bar with treats and sodas for a reasonable price.

Parking. Access to the property and just finding it was difficult using google or Apple Maps. We have to factor in our late night arrival and having to find it on our own but even after we found it, it was difficult to retrace our steps.

The location was right on the sea. You could stand on the balcony and watch and hear the waves breaking onto the shore. The west facing aspect gave us some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. The property was so clean and the beds were super comfortable. However, the staff were exemplary, some of the most friendly and helpful of any place I have ever stayed. Truly wonderful.

There was nothing to criticise or complain about. It was excellent value for money.

The staff were the best! So alert and friendly and chatty and great eye contact, making sure I knew where to go and what to do. They offered recommendations for food and also helped out with taxi transfers etc. I know a lot of hotels do this, but with this hotel it was ‘how’ they did it. Room was large, cool, great bathroom. Plus breakfast on the deck overlooking the sea was fabulous- along with the barista made coffee.

This was our second visit and the staff continue to impress in every way. The whole place is exceptionally clean and well organised. The views from the baloney over the Amalfi coast are some of the best in the world. I can’t praise the hotel and the staff any higher.

The staff were really great! Always willing to provide guidance for sightseeing or shopping needs. Very clean and well decorated hotel. Breakfast was a nice array of food and coffee barista. The coast right outside. Next door to a wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant for lunch and dinner, Pepe Nero!

Shower drain was stopped up. Room coffee supplies not always provided each day.

Reasonable breakfast which included a basic variety of products. Quality was good. We checked-out before the breakfast opening hours and the receptionists were waiting us with two breakfast bags. Nice gesture. We had a car and paid a reasonable price for underground parking (I think around 8€ for first day and 6€ thereafter). Hotel itself only had a solarium but had an agreement with a private beach located 15min walk away, €10 per seat, with very good beach quality and spectacular ciews. The hotel was located ~ 20min walk away from Salerno city centre and 30 min drive from Amalfi and surroundings. Reasonable room price considering peak season. Room was clean and we had a balcony with gorgeous sea-view and towards the Amalfi cost.

During one if the nights the receptionists were having what I saw as a heated argument with a guest, maybe if this happens again they could move all the situation towards a separated room?
