Great breakfast, clean, always refilling the presentation plates, courteous and welcoming. Beautiful area for dining "outside" in verandah. Invited us to eat breakfast before our leaving early at 7h30 am was fantastic. I was more inclined to book your place since you answered us by email your shuttle service to come and drop us at the village, which was on time, frequent, and easy to find with all your messages on WhatsApp. Great lounge chairs by the pool. Close to the path of Gods trail, you should ALSO advertise the trail of Tre Calli, so close and beautiful. Used the walking sticks found at entree with umbrellas. Great idea.

Getting off the ferry at Amalfi, we waited over 2h30 with a huge confused crowd. The receptionist told us about the option " private bus" Amalfi Coast Bus, a bit more Euros, so much more pleasant. In your communications you should advertise it and indicate where to find it and how the bus is identified (logo).

It was a great experience to stay at Panariello Palace for 5 nights. We were delighted by the lovely interior of the hotel, its daily cleaning service. The rooms were warm and spotless. Very comfortable bed. We had a free shuttle to and from the hotel and Agerola centre where there are lots of restaurants open until midnight. The staff were helpful, professional and very nice. The owners are very involved in the upkeep of the hotel and in providing various services to the guests. It was refreshing to see so much work and love put into making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place.

It’s in a quiet nice location away from the crowds, it is a bit away if you want to visit other places along the Amalfi coast but their free shuttle service to the town centre is very helpful and you can take the bus from there down to Amalfi. Lovely terrace where you can relax and have a cup of tea and enjoy the view. We loved the breakfast, great variety, eggs and omelettes were a great addition( finally some protein 😝) and lots of sweet choices aswell, different cakes, fruit salad, ham, cheese. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

Everything was as expected

The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The views are amazing and I think it’s the cleanest and best kept hotel I have ever stayed in. The shuttle bus down to the village is very handy. We had such a lovely and restful stay and would love to come back.

The only very minor suggestion I would have is to have tea and coffee making facilities in each room. You are able to grab a tea/coffee using a kettle downstairs but having it in the room would be much better.

Very nice service, very good and clean facilities, super tidy room cleaning, delicious breakfast with plentiful choices, home made cakes and omelette!

The door and wall was not very thick, if there were loud guests next door, it was really easy to hear everything 😂 there were two young girls in the next room, who played youtube, we can hear it clearly from the corridor what the talk shows and what they were talking about. From our room also 😂 but they stopped at 22:00 so it was ok. We didn’t hear anything from other normal guests

Beautiful place to stay! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Amalfi and Positano and renting a scooter. Such a gorgeous location away from the busy tourist spots in the Amalfi Coast. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was such a great feature to the property and was cleaned daily. The view you get from the sun beds and pool was immaculate - a quiet, peaceful view of the mountains and coast. Breakfast was served outside the terrace with lots of choices! We always requested to get a omelette made to make sure we were fuelled for the day. Maria and Gabriella are fantastic and so caring and kind. Always served everyone with a smile on their face and willing to chat. Ida and the gentlemen who worked at the reception at night were so helpful and kind. We got collected from the main town when we first arrived by bus and in the evenings when we wanted to have dinner in the town was driven and collected by Antonio. Receptionists helped us also figure out what the best way to get from Sorrento to the accommodation and also recommend amazing restaurants and a local scooter rental company. I 100% recommended to stay here! Such amazing staff and a beautiful location and property. Thank you to Maria, Gabriella, Antonio, Ida and the gentleman in reception that worked at night (we forgot your name!!) we will be back soon.

The breakfast was gorgeous, with buffet table with wide variety of foods, cookies, eggs, drinks, veggies. The room was spotless clean, the view was amazing. The bed was very comfy, and we had a minibar as well in the room. The heating was perfect by the aircon. There is a car shuttle service every hour to the city and back where the bus stop is to amalfi, positano etc., but we rented a bike (Thanks for the hotel staff for the arrangement) and it was delivered to the hotel. We went back to Naples airport by car transfer because of early flight, it was also organised by the hotel, so everything went well. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

it was perfect: the location is a dream, the rooms look very good, it is very clean, well-kept and very nicely decorated. the staff is kind, ready to help at any time, and very involved. I received all the information I needed (bus, destinations, tips and tricks). thanks once again to Maria, Ida and all colleagues for making our stay very nice and contributing to the marriage proposal. we also appreciated the free shuttle service that allowed us to quickly reach Bomerano center. for us everything was perfect and we will definitely come back.

Everything! It's clean, beds are comfortable, friendly supporting staff, the bathroom, the shower, the free shuttle to city center they provide!, the magical views from the rooms. The free parking they provide! it's the best value for money I received during 12 days of staying in Italy! And I've stayed in many hotels! The breakfast is rich and generous! Not a croissant and espresso like many other stingy hotels who tells you this is the Italian breakfast, this hotel is a proof that there are another options! The hotel is 15 mins with car from Amalfi coast, from the town center comes a but that takes 35 mins to Amalfi coast center for 1.5 EUR, the town has a free parking yard in the center, you can park the car and go with bus to Amalfi coast "parking in Amalfi is 7 EUR per hour". This hotel is for people who look for value for their money! Those who got a lot of money go pay 200 for night and get less!

The place was very nice, staff couldn’t do enough for you, special thanks to the lady at reception Ida who went out of her way to explain everything to us, Maria, the shuttle driver and the girl working on the floor at breakfast all were fantastic, accommodation was spotless, shuttle very handy as it drops you at Bomerano center by the church where ample connections via coach or bus are available, 5 minute walk you can get bus tickets at the tobacco shop,
