We had a standard economy room which was located in a separate building (with an elevator) across the courtyard from the main building (with reception and breakfast room). The room was clean, bright, not small, renovated not too long ago. The windows overlooked the road, but there was no noise from this. The equipment in the room: a standard hotel hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, enough sockets. Breakfast was simple, but enough for us - there were both sweet and salty products Nice staff Free parking in the hotel courtyard Small swimming pool and sunbeds around, but this area is too small for the number of hotel guests, so we didn’t stayed there The location is convenient for an overnight stop on the way. There is a nice town Soave and large supermarket nearby.

Our air conditioner didn’t work well. We turned it on before going to bed, but after 30 min it turned off and the room became very hot. We couldn’t understand how to make it work for more time, so we called the reception. Nobody answered us or the phone in our room didn’t work also. But we couldn’t go at night in pajamas to the reception situated in a separate building. So we had to sleep in an uncomfortable temperature (and this is in August!) There was no fridge in the room, although the TV was unnecessary. Soft drinks could only be bought from a machine on the floor. Sometimes there was noise from the neighboring room

The hotel is situated really close to the city centre in San Bonifacio. There are a few restaurants nearby where you can eat. The pool is open until 8 p. m. There is a parking in front of the hotel and another one underground. The 2nd building is right in front of the main building. The receptionist is kind and helpful.

We stayed in the separate building and the furniture in our room was a bit old. You can feel a slight smell of old furniture on the hallway.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The price-to-quality ratio was good, and having access to a swimming pool was definitely a nice bonus. There’s still some room for improvement, but it met our expectations.

A small downside for us was that there were no vegetables at all at breakfast.

We had everything we were looking for before continuing our trip: comfortable bed, hot shower, and good breakfast. Quality overall might not be the greatest, but for the price paid, it was really good!

Rooms don't have good noise isolation, and we could've used a kettle and some tea bags in the room.

Fairly new building and Junior Suite was quite spacious. It was a little bit chilly in the room and we were not able to adjust the room temperature, maybe it was our problem and we didn't ask for any help. Anyhow, we found some other ways to keep ourselves warm :) In general, very clean room and building half an hour away from Verona.

Bed was keeping noice when moving. There are not many options for dinner in walking distance. We went to a pub around the corner as recommended by staff. It was ok, but food could also be better. Reserve spa in advance if your plan is to use those services.

We slept in the new building, which is very modern, rooms are fresh.

During check in we needed to leave our passports at the reception. To my surprise when heading for dinner outside I found the reception unattended and ca. 20 passports/IDs lying on the desk unattended. I waited for the receptionist, who after my remark of this being unacceptable answered that he is alone and what can he do.

Great location, free parking, always available spaces.

The room was located on the first floor of an old building. The air conditioner hummed all night and could not be turned off. The room needed renovation.

Staff were genuinely lovely, and super helpful. Gave us tips about where to eat and was really nice to chat to on the front desk. To quote my friend: “it put a smile on my face”. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was exactly what we needed. A perfect place to use as a base to explore the local area or visit surrounding cities and towns.

A family with two children, we stopped here for an overnight stay while in transit. The building and amenities are new, the reception was welcoming, and everything was very good for us.

Was really a quiet place. I enjoyed it a lot. Staff was really helpful. Could have bit more breakfast options but still it tasted really good. Clean and hygienic.

The only sad thing was that the spa facility was closed.
