I was a bit nervous because the score wasn’t above an 8, but I’m not sure why. It was clean, and an excellent value. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was fantastic, and a great value too. Wasn’t too far to make a few trips to forest umbra. Truthfully, it ended up being cheaper than camping!

Bed was a bit hard for me but that’s just a matter of taste.

- very good price and value for money - all essentials and large room - 20/30’ away (by car) from Manfredonia and many beaches (Mattinatella) - Italian breakfast with fruit, cakes, bread and jam/Nutella/honey and yogurt. Not many lactose-free options, but the waiter provided some extra lactose-free baked goods, when asked. - a bit aged hotel, but well organized

We needed a cheap place to stay in our way to Foresta Umbra. This hotel was good. Great play area for kids. Good food.

The size of the room we had, very big room. The parking facilities.

The Recepcion area was very dark, it felt like they where closed. The bathroom was huge, but the shower was very small. The towels we had were like cardboard and very thin. The room didn’t have a mini bar. The staff didn’t speak English and the bar didn’t want to serve alcoholic drinks. We ended up ordering 2 Coca Colas to take up to the room and when we asked for glasses, they gave us plastic cups.

Children have possibility to play outside at the playground.

The room was old and not very clean. The breakfast was horrible: The plate were dirty and i put the plate away because the stuff did nothing. The second and third also were dirty. When the guests left table, the stuff left cutlery at the table instead of putting them away. Also the Coffee was horrible from the machine. The stuff is extremely unfriendly: They smoke at reception. They do not explain anything of the hotel only give you key and remote control for TV - because it is not in the room but at the reception. All in all: One of worst Hotels ever visited.
