It was a small family-run hotel, with a next-door restaurant/pizzeria owned by another family member. Staff was friendly and helpful. It had basic amenities. Wi-fi signal was strong, even in the upper rooms. It was a short walk to the Padre Pio shrine. We especially liked the "free parking."

Big spacious room with sitting area. Clean and tidy. Access to elevator was life saving. Close to restaurants and town. Bathroom and facilities clean. Very nice host. Small breakfast and coffee available.

Aircon for extra charge ( didn’t have to pay extra to use aircon anywhere else)and was not enough to cool down the room, also aircon worked only in one room, annex room didn’t get any cool air at all. Bathroom sit cover was broken.

Location is great for visiting church of Padre Pio. Breakfast was nice for this type of settlement. Staff is very friendly.

In one of the room there were leftovers from previous guests on bed cover. Nothing very frustrating.

I arrived after 9pm and the hotel was closed. The hotel called me but I missed the call. A text message with the instructions would have been good to have.

The location was fantastic. Parking onsite was really convenient, the rooms were comfortable and the staff and breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant next door was also excellent.

The location was great very close to where we wanted to go. Breakfast was just enough to kick start our day of exploring. The room had a minor issue but was easily fixed.

The hotel has excellent location,just at the bottom of the hill where main churches are so you can easily just walk there. There are very kind people at reception,our room was large enough for all of us (4 travellers), simple but clean with nice family restaurant in rhe neighbourhood.

The location is our priority. Because we went there for San Pio honestly. We’ve been there twice and we’ll be back again for sure. Everything was perfect. Rosa and the owners daughter are the best. See you again soon. ❤️

Very friendly people, we could talk about Padre Pio and other remarkable places near the town (st. Matthew, Monte Sant'Angelo, beaches). Nice family room for a good price. Sea view. Parking without any problem for a long car.
