Helpful and very friendly owner: Luca. Location is great. Only the first day it was a little bit difficult to find a parking spot (it was Easter weekend). The other days if you arrive on time before people enjoy their weekend in the central part there is plenty place (for free) in the surroundings. We ve even found a parking place in the same street.

I liked everything. There was a clean kitchen, air conditioning, apartment size, the lights, complete privacy. It was very cosy and nice. The owner’s like the coolest guy I’ve met in Italy, gave suggestions for the restaurants and beach. It was the cheapest hotel we’ve booked during our stay in Italy but was definitely the best. Would definitely come back again.

This apartment is wonderful. The owner (Luca) met us at the door to show us the place and hand over the keys. The room features a lot of great original exposed stone. The place was spotless from top to bottom and very modern. The apartment is very quiet, private and secure. It is located a half-block from the main street of the pedestrian Old Town, full of shops and restaurants. The free breakfast is actually a voucher to an attractive nearby café. Finding parking for our car was difficult, but once we did, the fee was very reasonable. This is a great room. We were vary happy with it.

The single air-conditioning wall-unit does not cool the bedroom as well as it does the remainder of the apartment. In our case, the café where we were to get the provided breakfast did not open until after we needed to leave town.

The quality and fittings of the apartment were very good and the location was excellent for exploring the centre of the city and the restaurants.

I was satisfied with everything and no problems at all - car parking is not easy but in narrow streets in a city centre that is to be expected -- and nothing to do with the apartment

Great location! Felt safe walking around at night. The owners went above and beyond for us, extremely welcoming and helpful. Absolutely recommend!!! We will be back! Everything was very clean. Washer in room, which was handy.

The host, Luca, was exceptionally helpful. The cave apartment was beautiful. Excellent location, great facilities, very secure. Loved have a kitchen and washing machine. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Luca!

Excellent host, lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. Fantastic location, a couple of steps to the main street with shopping and dining. Easy walk to the beach. A nice and quiet place to stay! Thank you!

Excellent! Exactly as described and on the photos. Perfectly clean and very well equipped. Decorated with taste. Very nice owner. We were welcomed like at home.

The appartement was exactly as described comfortable and clean. These owner did his best to help us find a supermarkt on a walking distance and reserving a table for dinner. Nothing is perfect but this was as close as.

Nothing we adviced the owner to get a little side table in front of the couch were you could put some drinks on.

The owner, Luca, had excelent approach to us, perfect communication, took care all the time. Apartment is very modern and stylish. My dauther got the present which she liked very much.
