Great hotel for comfort and value for money. It is a dependance to the main hotel just a few meters away where breakfast is also served. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was just right. I arrived late in the evening at around 21:30 and I was welcomed warmly by the lovely receptionist Carolina, who patiently showed me the way to the room and explained all that there is to know. Will return back again if in SGR.

Maybe the towels because they are not the soft types.

Very, Very beautiful hotel. Good location for those who wants to see Padre Pio. Very good breakfast. Rosselli, who as in the front desk, was very, very attentive. Our bedroom had a nice balcony e very cozy. Good bathroom. The only thig is that the bedroom was smelling a cigarette. It took a while for the smell get away.

Our bedroom as smeling a cigarette, but my sons bedroom was not.

Towels were so thin and we went there this winter,so after taking a showing,its was so cold beacuse the towels were not able to absord the remaining water on your body.They dont have electric socket at your bed.They have it near the TV or near the door of the toilet.A little bit unconventient

All good, nothing I do not like. Location is not perfect being downhill but there is a bus stop nearby (line 1 gave us a tour around the centre and back to basilica 30 mins round trip).

We stayed at the sister hotel across the road because of renovationd. We had a wonderfu experience. Rooms comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast, wide range of tasty choices.

Steep walk to the church, so would be difficult with disabilities. On the bus route and tzxi available.

very clean, comfortable bed, very nice hotel and of course Paula(the receptionist) she was very helpful, friendly and had excellent costumer service.

there was no complimentary coffee or tea, no ordinary kettle although they provided us a machine to put a coffee pod but we didn’t bring coffee pod with us, so useless. no cups or glasses.

The hotel we were supposed to stay at was closed for technical reasons. So the ratings are for the SGR Palace Hotel were we stayed. It was a beautiful hotel with great service and good food.

The shower was problematic at best. It was all hot, or all cold, no in-between. The bed was too hard for a good night's sleep.
