Excellent hotel, right below the Sanctuary. It's a steep climb but short, especially if you find the shortcut. The receptionists (who mostly spoke English) and the cleaning ladies we would meet in the hallway were so lovely and nice. The room was clean and spacious and the small fridge was great to have. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. We don't stay at hotels a lot so not sure if that's common but there was a room with an iron and ironing board which was very handy to have (and it had a schuko socket unlike the room). Breakfast was very good with a variety of offer, and lunch was very affordable and delicious! We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again!

Shower head was broken and leaking, so that could be fixed, but didn't bother us that much.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. While there's a steep incline to the pilgrimage sites, it wasn't an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of blankets and pillows provided. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Overall, an excellent value.

We didn’t appreciate that messages we sent before arrival via WhatsApp and Booking.com went unanswered. Check-in wasn’t very welcoming; the staff member seemed annoyed and only shared basic information when asked. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C in our room didn’t work well, even after lowering the temperature. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we would stay here again.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Very clean and room is spacious. We got here late and just added another night without a problem. Front desk very helpful and speak English what is rare in some other places around!!! Having a restaurant is convenient . Food was ok!

Even though location is good, the access with luggage is very difficult due to everything be up hill and hotel like in a valley. Roads are very very steep. The shower is extremely small my kid barely fit for shower. We can’t wash the hair without bumping the elbows.

The cleanliness is evident - the hotel is spacious and welcoming. The concept of having a chapel within the hotel is tied to the spiritual element with visiting San Giovanni Rotondo - the close proximity to the Sanctuary makes it more commendable.

Although this is not something that really has got to do directly with the hotel. Accessing the locality implies that one has to walk uphill and the incline is somewhat steep. Accessing the locality requires direct transport such as a coach or a taxi.

The hotel is very close to the Padre Pio attractions, and its design is beautifully reminiscent of a church. The rooms and furnishings are lovely, and the breakfast was also quite good. There's plenty of parking available, which is great if you're traveling by car. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite large, so you can expect a lot of guests during breakfast, which may lead to some queues at the food stations.

I liked the location, the clean rooms, the overall security and how close it is to the sanctuary. I also loved how its not a completely secular establishment. To be greeted by Mother Mary's presence was comforting to an anxious and tired pilgrim.

The breakfast options could have been better - but it's not a deal breaker either. If there is anything to improve - it would be this.

The hotel was perfect , very clean , spacious room. Wide bathroom .Elevator and huge reception area. With dining area.

It says in policy that you can’t eat in the room and you need to leave the room as it is . Although we never eat in the room , it’s kinda imposing not welcoming .If you are a backpacker using the bus . it is a far walk from the bus with stiff high stairs . so get hotels near the bus area .

Very accessible and convenient to San Pio churches :)

Unfortunately I lost my necklace, I was 100% sure it was on the table before we went for breakfast then when I came back, it was no longer there. The room was cleaned minutes before we came, I asked the houseladies but they said they did not see. It was an important gift to me.

Perfect location being very close to Padre Pio Shrine which was the main purpose of our visit plus free and easy parking.

Pillows were worn out and did not provide any head support. Dinner food was awful tasted like cafeteria food while breakfast selection is very limited and constant. The bacon is not edible as it was tough and rubbery rather than crunchy.

The hotel was within walking distance of Padre Pio and the main church, which was our main focus. The staff was most kind and the room was a good size to accommodate 4 of us, with 4 twin beds. The room was quiet and there was air conditioning. We would definitely come back and stay here and refer others to come here.

Not all staff spoke English,
