Couldn't find the address. Rang the hotel and he came to fetch me...Very near to the church and shrine. Plenty of places to eat nearby

I was not aware that the corridors is pitch black which is a good energy saver but it would have been helpful if you get shown where the light switches are. You get it figured out some time.

Location - 5mins walk to shrine/basilica of St Padre Pio. Self-contained room: ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and mini-fridge. Good hot water.

It was ok for me, but the shower might be a bit cramped for people bigger than 156cm (5'2), 57kg.

Clean and simple with comfortable bed. Shower facilities were good with strong hot water.

There is no lift so it we had to carry heavy luggage to the third floor. You will also have to walk up a steep street to get to the main road.

Very kind and responsive host, good location very close to the churches. Room was rather small, but clean and comfortable. It had a refrigerator, which was nice. Excellent value for money. I would stay here again!

Very quick staff reaction. 2 minutes walk to sanctuary.

The telephone number of the offer did not knew about us. Whats'up did ok. The corridor floor is broken. Someone may fall down.

Constanza was superb. Facilitated late check in and collected me from bus stop. Provided details of local area too and was very informative. I will stay there again. Very close to main sanctuary etc. Superb location. Accommodation facilities excellent too. Was able to leave luggage after checkout too.
