The receptionist was very welcoming and tried to have a conversation with us guests. The location is near enough to the shrine, the Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza, the souvenir markets, restaurants.

The room has a hanging electrical cord from the ceiling and it shows that the hotel is not yet totally finished, and if that is the case then I think the room rate could be lowered. Secondly, the AC does not work if there was any. Me and hubby tried to look for the switch but did not find any. The reception desk was already closed so we did not get any help. We only stayed for one night and we checked out very early so we do not really know if the hotel has AC or not.

The first thing that pops up is the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They made us feel very welcome and looked after. We arrived to the dining hall late but they left a table for us with plenty of food and drinks available for our breakfast, which was good… and the cappuccinos and hot chocolate were great! The hotel is also very clean and our stay was overall excellent.

It was a cold and windy evening, the rooms were pretty cold, we reached out to the front desk late at night wondering if the heat wasn't working. He was very good, and quickly resolved the issue by providing us with a heater.

The towel is not suitable. it's more like table cloths than towels

Nice hotel in San Giovanni Rotondo. Church padre pio is nearby. Had a comfortable stay here walking the Via Francigena

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast. Car parking could be more spacious. We recommend that hotel.

Great place to stay, very near the main Church and Padre Pio Sanctuary.
