The staff is very very kind! The breakfast is very good. The beds and room are very nice! Great location.

The location is along the road to the Padre Pio Shrine which is at a top of the hill and midway to downtown. Daniela, the host, met us at check-in and she was friendly and informative. Our room was quite spacious and opened to a shared patio, came with a remotely controlled heat pump and a personal refrigerator. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Bed was comfy with clean linen. Breakfast was continental buffet. Wifi was easy to connect and fast. Tips - when using the bus from Foggia to San Giovanni, use the bus stop at Bar Villa located at Piazza Europa to get off and head towards the Padre Pio shrine road, the B and B's road is just to left at the start of the upward walk. Most of the rooms at the B and B are on the road level but the reception and breakfast place are 2 flights of steps down-may want to leave heavy and bulky luggage at the landing when checking in.

They met our expectations though would suggest having an option for guests to have an electric kettle for coffee or tea. Also would suggest adding detailed instructions for guests using bus to get to San Giovanni.

The staff was very kind and cooperative. I arrived very early, around 6 AM during winter, when it was still dark and cold. Thankfully, I had informed them in advance about my early arrival and my need to store my luggage. They were able to unlock the door remotely, allowing me to enter and wait inside rather than staying outside in the cold, especially since no cafes were open yet. I ended up falling asleep on the sofa because it was cold and I was exhausted. Later, the staff kindly allowed me to check in earlier than usual so I could rest and store my belongings. Additionally, they let me wait in the hotel until the evening while I waited for my bus. The location is very convenient, just a 7-minute walk from the FlixBus station. Highly recommended to stay here, and the staff was genuinely amazing!

The property is clean and the ambience is serene. The breakfast is a variety of breads and pastries that satisfies your tummy before going to a pilgrim to Padre Pio. The location is few metres aways from Sita Sud bus stop which is ideal for those who are traveling with larger bags.

Since our room is on the last row, the internet connection is poor. I end up using my own mobile data for this. Although, I am not sure if it is for every room in the property.

The breakfast was lovely, a good selection of food. The location was convenient to restaurants and supermarket. Not far from bus stop and Padre Pio cathedral

The aircon didn't cool the room. The walls between the rooms were not soundproofed. We were woken up early by the neighbours

Very clean. Great location if you want to visit Padre Pio church. Only 15 minute walk, also from the bus stop that goes to Foggia. Staff were very friendly and they spoke English which was helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Very good location, street parking always available. The room was comfortable and very clean. Delicious breakfasts, everything freshly prepared, plenty of choice. The kindest hostess, always helpful, caring, gave us a lot of good advice about staying in the area. Once again thank you very much for everything.
