The room was just as expected. Very near from the beach and the city center. The Breakfast was great in its terrace and the people working there were very kind. There's a supermarket in the corner open till late.

Isn't anything terrible, but the parking, although is free, is a little bit too far from the hotel (15min walking). If you are travelling in august, be aware that it will be a hot walk. The other option is parking in the white lines in any street but in summer it's difficult to find a free spot.

This was absolute perfection for us. Lovely room, spotless clean. Pure air, refined lines, impeccable bedding, peaceful. Breakfast had diverse options, good products, fresh pastries, yummy jams, etc. In the same building, there is a big , nice grocery store, so it was so convenient. Short walking distance from everything (tons of restaurants, the beach, stores). And Vincenzo… wow!! What a customer service!! The best host!

Excellent value for money, delicious and copious breakfast, clean and modern room. Central location next to the main street of San Vito lo Capo (and a well-stocked supermarket), and a short walk from the beach. Free parking in a private parking facility.

Due to its central location the room was quite noisy at night, we had to sleep with the window closed. The bathroom was less than perfect (the shower cabin could not be closed fully, there was no place to store the soap and our toothbrushes). The parking area was pretty far from the accomodation (~15 minutes of walking).

Nice clean and modern accommodation with a lovely terrace (especially to have breakfast). Very comfortable room. The breakfast was the best I had in Sicily I would say it’s worth getting up a bit earlier for. Bonus is the TV has the ability to change language to the original! Owners were very accommodating.

As a few others have said I agree it would be nice to have a kettle and some cups in the room (even just for drinking water from).

We had a great 3 night stay. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Vincenzo was especially helpful with tips on restaurants and places to visit, definitely ask him if you need recommendations. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d happily stay again.

Really like it. Nice and clean, the breakfast at the terrace is spectacular. Breakfast is good, with lots of sweet options, less salty options but were ok. Really recommend it. Close to everything. It offers free parking about 10 mins from the hotel, a nice walk.

The shower didn’t drain correctly.

Such a lovely selection of food for breakfast, all laid out for us at the terrace.

Parking near the accommodation was not an issue for us as we reached there late in the evening and left straight after breakfast. However, more information would be useful about the the availability of parking in the street nearby.

The location, the cleanliness, the facilities including the bed the shower the TV the breakfast were all first class.

Vincenzo is arguably the best host I met. He went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone visiting San Vito Lo Capo.

Nothing really!!

Staff was really kind and helpful with all the recommendations. Place looks new, well maintained and charming. I really liked the entrance with the water to wash your beach sand-covered feet before you enter your room. Location is great, supermarket is 6 metres away and the walking street is 50 meters away. Breakfast was nice too, especially all the pastry and of course the cannoli.

Parking is essentially on the other side of the town, which is basically useless unless you don't use your car for the time you are there. Room was very small, but clean and well maintained. There was an Internet blackout for 14 hours, but in all fairness not because of the owners. Early check-out. Almost all places in Italy have this ridiculous check-out at 10:00 or 11:00 which is quite annoying as most hotels use noon as standard.
