Location is perfect, less than a 5 min walk to the start of the shops and restaurants and a direct straight walk to the beach (10 min). The breakfast was nice with typical Italian breakfast items and the cappucino was the best I had in this area! Staff are lovely, the owner speaks good English and is very helpful and responsive. The room had a great shower, hairdrier and AC. The building itself and the small pool area is just beautiful, a real oasis of calm. Comfy beds and pillows and our room was well insulated with little to no noise at night-time so we slept very well.

Nothing that I didn't like, just information that may be useful for people. The safe is quite small and wouldn't be big enough to hold IPads or laptops etc but to note I had no concerns about leaving my items out as the accommodation is in a lovely area and is very secure. There doesn't appear to be a lift so be aware if you have any disabilities or injuries to request a room on the ground floor.

Antonio (the host) was very nice, friendly and helpful. He gave very clear instruction upfront (via Whats App) how to get there with the car and how to get to the parking slot at outside parking which is 4 min drive by shuttle bus. The pick up and return to/from the parking has been perfectly organized by Antonio. Also he recommended a few nice local restaurants that we have enjoyed.

The location was great, the property was really nice and clean and we loved our stay in San Vito! The room was big and the balcony was too. The staff were great and the breakfast choices were varied, if you love fresh Italian pastries you can't go wrong. Easy walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants in the area.

The wi-fi was good but could have been better, sometimes I used my own data The B&B was great however and I would definitely go back

A charming bnb just out of the hustle and bustle of the main area but close enough to easily walk. The hosts were also lovely people!

The wifi did not work for the duration of our stay. We did not mention this to the hosts though, which we probably should have done.

As a mum with a young child we felt supersafe in this hotel. The staff was lovely and most helpful. Amazing location

Very nice modern and cozy B&B. The host Antonio and his staff made is feel at home. We spend 4 nights with our teens and really had an amazing time.

Difficult communication, the hostess spoke mainly italian although my german friend clearly couldn’t understand it. They tried to speak English but expected from me to translate most of the time. Not for international people just for Italian appropriate. Breakfast was okay

the location was perfect, the property itself is a magical and peaceful place. One sees immediately the value and effort invested in it. Our room had its own little garden and abundance of space. The hosts and personnel are amazing and super nice. The place and mindset promoted get an additional huge plus point in my books for promoting 0 food waste. Keep up the good work and service! 🤍
