We stayed during a road trip trough Italy. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are just what you expect - spacious and the bed is really comfortable. There is a restaurant within the hotel which serves great pasta for dinner. Breakfast is amazing - both sweet Italian breakfast and English style with eggs and bacon - so you will probably find something you like. There is parking spaces just outside the hotel which is great. Overall great stay especially if you're just passing trough like us.

Very friendly and helpful hotel owner, good parking possibilities and close to the center 3 min by foot. The rooms were big and we had a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel has a restaurant with local specialities like truffles and funghi porcini. Breakfast was a very "extended" italian breakfast with homemade jams, cakesand bread

Nothing. We did not like that we had not possibilty to try the restaurant ( we were invited by friends to eat at other places).

The reception staff is truly amazing, the attitude is really cozy, and we felt like we were at home. Every wish was fulfilled just at the slightest request. And the room staff is highly professional - rooms were cleaned and served fast. We are very grateful. The pool is very beautiful and well maintained. the terraces on the rooms and the view is very nice. Of course, the rooms are old fashioned and outdated, but everything works and functions. Hotel definitely costs it's money

We gave such a high rating only for the sake of the staff, in fact, the hotel is already very tired, it definitely needs updating. The worst thing is, of course, the mattresses in the rooms are long overdue to be changed; it feels like they are from 1995, like the hotel itself and the furniture. There is no fridge in the room. There is no welcome drink in the lobby, even no water bottle in the room.

Room came with a balcony, which was nice to have a view. Free car park available for the car and also good air-conditioning in the room. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was quite a lovely experience to sit outside and have restaurant service. Breakfast was ample with a big selection.

Location: long drive to get to, but the location is great. The viwe from the hotel is great. Sassasselo is prety, charming. The waiters at dinner made the real difference in the experience.

To be honest, we found the mattress rather hard, not really of hotel standard. a shame because everything else was great.

Very nice location, nice swimming pool, a lot of activities for the children, amazing food in the restaurant however very poor selection for breakfast.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great (bride variety, tasty coffee and great view from the restaurant). The location is great: a lot of nature where you can just relax and take hikes but at the same time its just an 1 hour drive to the city of Genua and about 2 hours to monaco. The hotel is hosted by a really nice family, all of them took great care of us and made sure we really enjoyed our stay. We will sure come back to this hotel.

Balcony with wonderful view. The building is a bit dated but the room is spacious. We ordered a pizza for dinner and it was suprisingly good. Good breakfast. Elevator.
