Lady from reception was very kind. Clean and big room. Free parking near the hotel.

Breakfast had very limited options. Beside the italian croissants, only scrambled eggs. No vegetables at all. Breakfast started at 08.00 and at 08.30 there was no more scrambled eggs and when I ask the waiter to refill he said "Finished, sorry". A 4 star hotel should pay more attention to the breakfast and management should make sure that the guests have variety of food and there is enaugh for everyone.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfasts were good and satisfying. The cottage was located in a beautiful mountain area — the village itself is absolutely stunning. Overall, great value for money.

The village is quite high up, and to get there you need to drive about 20 minutes on a winding mountain road, which can feel unsafe due to frequent cyclists and motorbikes. There aren’t many places to eat in the village, and most restaurants close early — we arrived around 10–11 p.m. and found only one open spot. Also, surprisingly, parking at the hotel was not free 😳 — which seems odd considering that the location is most convenient to reach by car. In our room, there was no air conditioning, just a shared temperature control panel, but we didn’t notice any real effect from it. The rooms themselves were quite small.

Breakfast was good. Hotel and staff friendly, they have childrens playground at first floor. We had very nice room which had two floors. Very beatiful little village with nice mountain views. Cable car connects to nearest town Albino.

We stayed off season in beginning of April so almost every place in Selvino was closed and we had to drive to Bergamo for shopping and restaurants. The mountain road is narrow and full of curves, so the drive takes time and patience. Also the hotels waterpark and Selvino Sports zip line was closed.

Staff was very polite and attentive. Good speaking both languages: Italian & English. Services were very complete. The structure and the rooms were clean and in order. Confort was great. Quality/Price Rate was unexpectedly wonderful. 👌🏽💯

About the Services were awesome but not perfect due to a technical issue during the first hour of my stay. Position unfortunately is the negative point of my Review because there are not much public transport connections with the downhill so you have mostly or even always, take the cableway which it has a cost. 👎🏽

Very nice hotel in Selvino ,huge bedroom with big terrace and beautiful view.Very friendly staff.Cleaner- such a nice lady(thank you for your service and cleaning our bedroom) Nice breakfast-maybe not enough of vegetables but otherwise was lovely-definitely lots of cakes😍 Amazing little town, which I assume is very busy in spring and summer Opposite the hotel, an amazing Irish pub*must visit!There is a delicious stone baked pizza.Lovely atmosphere and staff like a family. The hotel is not far away from the Bergamo airport (40 mins) and there public transport (we drove, so we don't know how much the bus ticket price was)Each person have to pay extra on the end of stay on top payment €2,50 per night - tax for staying plus car park €5 a day.If travelling with kids there is nice kids area in the hotel with a entertainment plus in the sezon small open pool with few slides. This is definitely a place if you are looking for a relaxing mountain walk being away from shops... there are also nice restaurants in the area Lots of people which we meet(hotel restaurants shop etc)speak English so we had no problem with a language communication Lovely area 💕

Unfortunately, our stay was too short 😔but we will be back in 2025😍 There is nothing really to say as a negative but just as a comment Only one thing which we reported-the shower hose - was broken but still was okay to use, plus water from the bathroom(after a shower )was in the bedroom floor, but we put some towel on the floor/no problem for us😉 Oh yes, and the Tv-little problem how to start as (maybe tv control not working properly), but we have been struggling to turn the tv channels

Everything was good. The cleaning staff were exceptional and went above the call of duty when helping clear out a blocked washbasin. A big thank you to them. Nothing too much trouble. The breakfast staff were amazing.. Especially the lady who does both breakfast and reception so very kind and helpful. Reception staff helpful too. Location fab, hotel great. We have stayed there twice now and would do again. The local scenary is beautiful it's like being in Switzerland. Very relaxing area. Little town quaint looks a bit like Austria all around. It's half an hour in the car from bergamo airport in the car.

Everything was good. Some of the rooms are a little dated now but still good Value for for money most have had a refub. They did offer to change our room but in the end we stayed because it was a huge one big room with a settee.. The swap was much more modern but seperate lounge room. We had a shower problem at first but they fixed it as soon as we let them know. So we can't complain about anything they were very good with us.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The place itself is very nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, what truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding support from the owner/manager. We had an issue with our passport, and he was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. He immediately took action, calling the police and the airport, and went above and beyond to assist us. We are very grateful for his responsiveness and care. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant despite the unexpected situation!

Everything was perfect, and there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Highly recommended!

My husband and I really enjoyed this fully renovated hotel. It takes around a 40-minute drive from Bergamo Airport, but be aware that the last 10 min are serpentine only and have pay attention as the hotel is located quite high( please see pictures). The village has a few cafes and pizza places also one supermarket. The place is very nice and quiet, suitable for families. I want to mention the reception woman( Cecilia) who looked after us all week with all our questions and requests. She was extremely helpful and kind to us. Lovely view from hotel to the mountains. Rooms have a balcony. Recomending!

I absolutely loved my hotel room - it had a magnificent view, and the in-room spa bath was incredibly romantic.

However, I was disappointed to find mold in the bathroom, and the breakfast offerings were quite limited.

Excellent value for money ,a beautiful suite ....cosy, nice lighting , great bathroom . The Sheets felt the best .very comfortable bed . Extra pillows and a variety of thickness too . I had a great sleep .A very clean modern feel . Good breakfast .... exceptional scrambled eggs ( I don't normally like them ) but these were something else .... Good housekeeping ...lovely bathroom and complimentary quality products

Everything was good. Nothing not to like . I have seen a few reviews complaining or nit picking but we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Every effort has been made for the comfort of the guest . We would definitely stay there again . No air conditioning (but we had 2 balconies so a good through breeze ) I suppose no air conditioning or fan could be difficult during summer periods, but didn't affect us in October .
