Breakfast was very good, air conditioner was fairly efficient. Shower was great and there's a fabulous view from the end of the corridor. Eateries are sparse nearby but we went to La Faraone Pizzaria Ristaurante in Serina on our way in and it was amazing food at amazing value. This is about as rural as it gets. We think this would really suit couples on tour (like us!)

Footpath out into the woods after the last house has clearly been washed away for some time and not repaired. It's not sensible to try to cross the gap, even on foot. There are lots of steps to climb if you're in the 'attic' rooms so we suggest only taking the baggage you really need!

The stairs in marble and you need to be very careful when going down. My sister slipped 5 step down and hurt her legs and arms. The stairs need to be put with non-skid sticker at the edge to prevent slipage especially when wet or the shoes or slippers are nonskid under soal. The family maybe nice but so frustrated when they dont understand with english, i used voice google translate to communicate with them and they really show annoyance :(

Perfect location and an old building with rural mountain home vibe. Scenic view over the mountains and it’s villages in the morning. Just 30 minutes drive from Bergamo and 1 hour drive to lake Como. Perfect for peaceful weekend at the edge of Alps. Highly recommended!

The breakfast wasn’t very diverse. So don’t expect a full continental Swedish buffet as in a regular hotel or some B&Bs. Some of the facilities might be also shared depending on your room (bathroom, fridge with snacks or hair dryer) which might seem uncomfortable for some people. Also, mosquitos nets on the window would be helpful (especially during the night). However it is a fair treat for the charged price and overall quality of the facility and its location. Plus the hosts were very helpful and caring (on providing a full bottle of wine in each floor’s fridge and some antipasti in addition to it) and answering to any request.

The property is definitely worth recommending, its location deserves special attention - among the mountains, peace and quiet, fresh air and extremely nice owners. The room I stayed in had the necessary equipment, there were towels in the bathroom. A car is required to access the property

The only drawback was the little varied breakfast - only sweet in the form of croissants and rolls with jam. However, I can understand it, because the facility is located in the mountains, so the availability of goods may be limited.

Great location with great hosts! Even if they did not speak English very well, we were still able to understand each other, and we did not hear, as in other places, remarks like “we are in Italy and we need to speak Italian”. Breakfast is just what a weary traveler needs, with delicious cake and croissants. Clean, nice and warm.

The bathroom will need a bit of attention soon.

Beautiful mountain accomodation with friendly and helpful owners. 10minute drive from Balneario San Pellegrino. Rooms are fully equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave. Delicious buffet style breakfast leaving you full for the day. The perfect place to unwind and relax with beautiful surroundings. There are walking paths but we didn't have time to check them out. Parking outside.

If you have Google maps you will find easily, if you don't may be a little harder.

It's very tranquil and authentic.

There were road works exactly while we came there and we had to leave very early otherwise we would be trapped uphill because of the road closure. It was quite tricky to understand what was about to happen when the owners tried to explain to us all this in Italian) but we managed to understand. And I picked this property because of the view from the balcony and it's a pity we could not admire it as it was very foggy that day, but it was December) so it's up to nature))

Great conditions, very clean. Private bathroom, comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, beautiful views Delicious breakfasts every day (bread, eggs, coffee, sweet croissants, juice, fruit). Very nice owners. There were no problems with accommodation around 1 am. We recommend and we will be happy to return there again.

Absolutely everything was amazing. The room and bath were ultra clean. The couple who run the house are lovely, and the breakfast is great, with 2 homemade cake and very good coffee, fruits, eggs (sadly boiled too long) and bread. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Great Italian countryside experience with stunning view from the balcony, we could see from the bed all the lightning from a storm

It's quite up in a steep hill, but that also could be a plus

The location is absolutely stunning. we arrived at night having no idea where we were. when we woke up and opened the balcony door, we were in absolute aw. the style and decoration of the place is amazing. comfortable, well heated. The host were so nice and friendly, happy to share stories and insight of this wonderful place.
