Easy, quick self check in and check out. Modern, very clean room and bathroom. Good size bedroom with balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Convenient location for the therme, bust stop and restaurants. Free mini bar in the room, coffee and cookies in the lobby. Great QC terme toiletries and lovely towels. Seems to be someone present in the lobby/co-working space at all times to assist if there are questions.

If you're a light sleeper, the minibar fridge will be noisy. The aircon panel light is also very bright if you dislike light when sleeping.

Room is spateous, there were 2 balconies, a nice coffee machine and tea collection, Dyson hair dryer.

SPA at the QC was available only on the day of the check-out that makes it senseless. Also, we got to know about this only when the confirmation was sent. Thankfully our flight was late in the evening. There is no iron at the reception. An extra chair would be nice to have.

Very stylish rooms with nice perks like Dyson fans and Marshal speakers in each room. There is a variety of San Pellegrino beverages, tea, coffee, apples and delicious chocolate in the fridge as a complement for the guests. Some healthy snacks at the lobby. The spa is a short walk away from the hotel, so you will not be able to walk in a rob and slippers. Not really an issue.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed on our through out Europe car trip. Everything works intuitively, easy and high quality. Price is ridiculously low for the quality that you get. For example we stayed in 5 star majestic in Barcelona - with 8 times bigger price per night. The quality of appliances furniture, and service not even close to QC rooms.

Absolute cleanliness, soundproof and very quiet

I didn’t like the self check-in process. I definitely like the idea, but the implementation is still imperfect. It took me 20 minutes to check-in online because of multiple errors- the site would refresh without saving, the Province field couldn’t be filled in for a while, etc. And when I came to the machine the info for my second guest was missing completely and 50% of my information was altered or missing

Something was quite noisy in the room. I thought it was from the coffee machine, but probably it was due to the minibar. Additionally, the main disappointment is the location of the hotel. You have to leave the wellness center and walk around 6-7 minutes to reach to the hotel. Could be nice to have both in the same building.

We started our trip to Italy from this hotel, and it was just amazing! This was the best hotel in the whole trip. Incredibly clean, spacious room. In the room, there is a dyson hair dryer, marshal speakers, a complimentary minibar filled with free San Pellegrino drinks and chocolate, a huge selection of all kinds of creams, shampoo, shower gel and other things. Nespresso coffee machine and herbal teas, vegetable chips and much more. We had a room with a balcony and amazing views of the mountains and San Pellegrino Terme itself. It was unforgettable! I also really liked the lobby, where you can drink herbal teas and coffee for free, take cookies, water, dried fruits. The beds in the room were very clean and comfortable, after visiting the spa we instantly fell asleep in these beds like on a cloud, and in the morning we enjoyed coffee and cookies on the balcony and breathed the mountain air. I advise everyone, it was wonderful!

The only unpleasant surprise was that when you book a "hotel + spa" package through booking, you cannot choose which day you will go to the spa, and as it turned out at the very last moment when you book through booking, they book a spa for you on the day of departure, which very strange, because on this day you are leaving. I had to persuade the hotel employee for a long time to rebook the spa for us on the day of arrival, because the next morning we were already leaving and we simply did not have the opportunity to visit the spa. To which I was offered to cancel the reservation, while losing almost 300 Euros and book again on the site with the ability to choose the day of visiting the spa. After all, we managed to persuade us to change the day of visiting the spa and everything was fine.

The rooms very comfortable, the balcony was fabulous and the complementary mini bar was very nice (non alcoholic drinks only btw). Communication from the hotel was very good

The shower lacked power and wasn’t very hot. Glasses in the room would be nice. It’s a pity the seats on the balcony weren’t covered as they were too wet to sit on after bad weather there previous day

How technology user friendly it was, the free Pellagrino.

How far it was from the actual thermal. Overview makes it sound like it is on property but in reality it’s a 20 minute walk including stairs.

The place is amazing, the staff is extremely helpful, everything is clean, ordered and maintained. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and we will come back again.
