Location close to Airport. No6 bus stop at front door, straight into Bergamo. Good room no 5, good quality mattress, good quality shower (door wheels need fixed)

I was really concerned about this stay as I had tried to contact the property by Message, email, even text with completely no response. I was genuinely worried I would arrive at 10pm to find I had no accommodation. There was no towel in the room ( a simple oversight perhaps) no glass or plastic cup in the bathroom, or even one available . No kettle to make a hot drink Which I have never come across before. On final night the air conditioning system on the outside wall from room 6 I assume made a great deal of noise. I looked for an available WiFi signal and found none, there was no indication anywhere in the room that there was a WiFi or even a password to get into the system.

We thought it was exceptionally good value for the price that we paid. There was a Champions League football match being played in the area, so local prices at that time were sky-high due to the high demand. The room was spacious (enough for our party of 3 people), and it was very clean and the facilities were more than adequate.

It was a little bit out of the way but on a bus route (although the bus did not run in the late evening). The outside looked a bit shabby although you could see that they were doing extensive work to improve the appearance. Having said that, the inside was immaculate. There did not seem to be a lot in the immediate area, but again, you could see it was a "work in progress" type of area.

I needed a room with bed, private bathroom, balcony and got them, but nothing more.

It is not very far to the airport on foot, but part of the road is without a sidewalk, it is very wrong to pass through the Orio center , it is easy to get lost there, without finding the crossing over the highways.

Location, cleanliness, price

Instructions on checking in and out would be good to have easily available. However, we got everything sorted by calling the property number (which was different to the number on booking.com)

The taxi from the airport was reálný good because we arrived at 2 a.m. due to delay. The bus stop was around the corner because we were heading to Milano for some days. The hotel was comfortable really nice and warm😊

Very flexible and service-minded owner. Arranged taxi to the airport for us and drove us with his car to a more and central hotel that he also owned. Because it would be easier for the taxi driver to meet us there early morning next day.

Public bus service is available but you really need to walk a distance and hence studying a map of that area well in advance, as well as knowing the time schedule of the busline. Leaving 06:00 in the morning carrying luggage, this wasn't really an option to us.

I liked hospitality Anzo very much. Very quiet place. It is close to airport of Bergamo. Very comfortable mattresses and warm blankets.

I would add a hook hanger in the shower.

Good for price. Also, lost my vallet in the premises, personell was very helpfull and found it for me. Best for the price.

Bus to/from Bergamo center operates rarelly at the evening.

It was a fair place, very clean and comfortable.

Check in at 19.30 and check out 06.30?What the heck.. So absurd, like you pay half staying.. But its all the same near airport hotels. Italian fellows must change something for sure.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and pleasant. The boss was so nice for us. Under the apartment he has got a very cosy and nice restaurant with delicious pizza. He played so nice music. We really recommend this apartment!
