I loved the fact that the hotel was a short drive from the airport. It was convenient and cheap for me to take a taxi from and back. The shuttle that goes to the airport every e0 minutes at a friendly fee is a plus. The staff were courteous and ready to help in English whenever I asked, considering my Italian was terrible ! The rooms were cosy and clean. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. I would surely come back next time I visit this part of Italy.

Not so many, I can mention. May be the fact that the restaurant is not open until 7pm got me on the day when I was hungry and had to wait for that long.

It's very close to the airport, it's clean, comfortable and it has a big free parking. Because of the early flight, we had to leave the hotel before the time when the breakfast was served. We received vouchers to have breakfast (a warm drink, a croissant, and a cold drink) at the airport.

We booked the room on 19 Feb. and the room was a bit cold. When we entered the room, it was warm, and the temperature was set on 24 degrees, but the bed sheets were quite cold. They could have started heating the room more in advance. This is a minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely book the same hotel next time.

When booking it, on the map it showed its location was very close to the airport, however what you failed to advise is that there was a six mile journey around the airport to get there costing 35 euros. In fairness to the hotel they informed me of this when I phoned them, but I feel this information should be available at the time of booking. Plus in the information you stated there’s a shuttle bus, however this is only one way to the airport in the morning only, again this should be made available to me before booking.

Very good hotel. Huge room, kettle with tea (not common in Italy), nice bathroom, very clean. Big breakfast with good choice of food. Airport transfer 5€. Very practical for sleeping one night before flying.

The location requires taking a taxi to reach the hotel, which was quite expensive: offering a transfer also from the airport other than just to the airport could be an improvement. I could not turn the light of the air con controls off and it was quite bright, but it was a minor issue. It's a very comfortable hotel and ideal for spending the night between flights.

The property was impeccably clean, and the staff exhibited a high level of attentiveness. Our group consisted of four individuals, and the staff graciously accommodated the late check-in of two members at 2:00 AM due to a delayed flight. Additionally, the included fee breakfast included a variety of good options.

Overall, my experience was very positive; however, I rated my stay 8 out of 10 stars due to the limited airport shuttle availability. The shuttle operates only from 4:30 AM to 8:30 AM, which was not clearly stated in the reservation. After 8:30 guests must pay €25 for the hotel’s private taxi instead of €5. Extending the service for a couple more hours until 10:00 or 11:00 AM would been more considerate of guests with later flights. Also, a bonus would be to offer a shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel as the airport is far away from the city centre and can only be reached by an hour long bus journey or a €40 taxi fare.

Great hotel and staff were great as we arrived 25th Dec at 7pm, so it was a nice welcome but the location was a little farther from the hotel than we thought and they did not have the shuttle bus so we had tp pay for a taxi which was not mentioned until the day we travelled to the hotel.

That they had stopped the shuttle to the hotel but I understand it was xmas day, but this was an additional cost that may have changed our minds with staying here as we could have found a hotel closer to the airport

The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. We had a comfortable and modern bedroom. Our evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. I can highly recommend the restaurant. Both the ladies serving in the restaurant are a true asset. They are welcoming, friendly and provide excellent service. The shuttle was punctual and the driver was friendly and helpful. He drove safely. The drive to the airport is 11 minutes. We left the hotel at 05h00 and as we were to miss breakfast we were given vouchers and had a coffee, croissant and juice or water at the airport. Thank you for the very thoughtful gesture. This is definitely a hotel to choose.

We chose this hotel because our flight arrived late at night and we didn't want to bother getting in town so late. It was pleasant; the rooms and bathrooms were clean, staff was nice. Breakfast could use a little improvement in some departments; for example placing the warm breakfast to a more easily reachable place other than the corner next to the window. It was worth the money though. The bartender lady was very nice and the Aperol Spritz was amazing. I would recommend staying here if you need a hotel close to the airport.

Located very close to the airport and near enough to Bergamo that we were able to drive into the town for aperitivo. Room was smallish but well equipped (all you need from an airport hotel!) and there was a good breakfast with multiple options included. Not noisy despite proximity to the airport. Providing a little teddy bear towel with the cot for our daughter was a really nice touch

Parts of the hotel appeared to be under renovation which wasn’t really a problem but looked a bit of a mess

Property was lovely, very clean and even though there were renovations going on it was very very tidy.

We booked a quadruple room. When we arrived the girl at the desk said that we had been upgraded to interconnecting themed rooms. Obviously delighted in hearing the words upgraded but when we got to the room, the kids room (my teenagers are 13+15) had tiny beds. Now don’t get me wrong ordinarily this would be fine BUT my 15 year old son is 198cm!!!!! So I ended up sleeping in the kids bed 🥴
