We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect — close to everything (especially QC), yet peaceful. The room was clean, with incredibly cozy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning! The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommended! Free parking👍🏼

There was no shelf in the shower, so we had to place the shampoo and other bottles on the floor. There was also no socket near the coffee station, so we had to put the kettle on the floor to heat the water.

Pros: - Spotless room and hotel in an excellent location and with stunning views. Near lots of restaurants/cafes and a 2 minute walk from the famous QC spa. - Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. Lovely authentic Italian feel to the hotel. - Great continental breakfast and good coffee. - Stunning spa on the premises, with a lovely candle lit, exclusive ambience and a sauna with windows and views of the mountains and water. - reasonably priced accommodation - would stay again

Cons: - Beds slightly hard (could do with a more spongy topper, I asked for an extra duvet which made a difference). - We only had one plug in our room in the bathroom, so had to share a phone charger etc. - The hotel spa is well worth it but comes at an additional, albeit reasonable fee). The Jacuzzi bath in the spa wasn't warm and could do with updating (only fits one at a time if you are a couple) but with stunning views.

We found this location to be the best in San Pellegrino: a few minutes walk to QC Terme, and right on the panoramic promenade along the river, in the central part of the town, surrounded by a snow capped mountains. We stayed in the room with a beautiful view of rushing river, across from a magestic Grand Hotel. Friendly family run business, that really care. Checked all boxes for convenience, quality and a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

great hotel - wonderful staff - lovely breakfast - We rented electric bikes and had a perfect day riding around on the best bike paths ever! Outdoor patio was shaded and great for playing cards with cafe service and good cappuccino. Also appreciated the 10% off coupon we were given for the Terme' - Spa day! Marco assisted us with everything we needed.

Only stayed one night Comfortable bed, good breakfast, the hotel helped us find a parking spot for the day. Rooms are small but renovated. We got view on the fantastic old Grand Hotel

Sound insulation is bad. When someone uses the bathroom/shower in the room next door, you think you are under the shower yourself.

The hotel is right in the centre. We had a room overlooking the river with a great view of the (disused) Grand Hotel opposite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and facilities were good. The free parking was very useful.

Lovely hotel, close to the city centre , we had stunning view from balcony , comfortable bed , clean room, we enjoyed the spa services. Staff was so friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this place .

Convenient parking lot, central location, we had the feeling that the hotel has been recently renovated which is a big plus. It’s perfect if you plan to go to the hot spring of San Pellegrino.

I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel Centrale is a family owned hotel and I felt in good hands during my time. The room was warm, silent and cozy. Everything is nearby and the hotel is a perfect spot for hiking and exploring. Thank you.
