Lovely hosts, so kind to us. Beautiful setting and views. Big, clean, comfy space. Accommodating of our baby. Arranged lifts to local restaurant and back for us.

Not the fault of the owners or hotel, but on the past night a group next door were very drunk, shouting and arguing all night. In the morning they sat outside and flooded the area with marajuana smoke. We couldn't sit in our adjacent outside area as it was so thick in the air and unsafe for our baby to breathe. It's a shame in such a peaceful location.

An exceptional place with very welcoming hosts and a stunning view from the cottage. Everything is simple yet cozy – a perfect retreat if you want to escape the city’s hustle and immerse yourself in nature. The whole family that owns the homestead is incredibly kind and attentive. They share plenty of helpful information about where to travel, what to see, and where to stay next. We will definitely come back.

Very good breakfast with cooked options and wide range of fruit and pastries etc. The family were exceedingly friendly. Coffee and teas available and without charge, also water both sparkling and still. terrific location in amongst the mountains but you really do need a car, there is a bus that runs past but we did not use it as we had the hire car so I do not know about frequency. It takes a few minutes to drive to San Pellegrino Terme(the last train left in 1966 so bus taxi or car needed) where there is a large selection of restaurants all very reasonably priced. Getting back to the hotel, they are in the process of building a new pool which Covid stopped work on but it does not detract from the views or the other facilities, the grounds were interesting with a fishpond and nice man made stream with frogs and toads and lots of Carp, the sauna pool and spa bath were all excellent, I used the sauna and spa bath a lot but never had to share with other guests despite a steady flow of guests and all available 24 hrs a day. The bathroom was well equipped with a large walk in shower with multiple jets and good quality toiletries. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The owners sell local wines (15€ average) in reception and there was a small stocked minibar in the room.

Nothing really to complain about, it is a shame that it is only Bed and breakfast though as the the nearest place to eat is a 10 minute walk along the steep and twisty road which I would not recommend in the dark, really you need to drive. The next eating place is even further on and you really would need to drive and probably be better off just driving into San Pellegrino where there are numerous places to eat, not so good if Like me you like to sample the local grape juice!

I loved the location with the panoramic mountain view. The pool was beautiful and clean and Marina and Stefano were helpful and thoughtful. It's a family run business with a tasty breakfast every morning and home cooked cakes and breads. Lovely jacuzzi and sauna too. I felt my seven year old daughter was safe there and so I could truly relax as she played. Will definitely be returning.

Everything was more than perfect! We were more than surprised how kind and nice the owners were! We went with the kids and the welcome was so helpful! The lady, the owner, was so kind. The room was great and the spa was so lovely!

Amazing location, nice rooms with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and staff (Marco) was the best. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Views from the resort were to die for. Highly recommend.

Not close to restaurants, nothing you could walk to

Very spacious rooms, friendly hosts, good breakfast, exceptional pool and jacuzzi. Isolated from the rest of the world with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for quiet rest and relaxation. For any additional needs, you have to go by car to nearby places. The San Pellegrino thermal baths are about 6 km away and it takes ten minutes to drive. The Spa at San Pellegrino is exceptional.

Generally, the home is heavenly made, I was missing the home as I was checking out. Me and my group promised to be there again one day, the breakfast 🥞 we ate and were about to sleep again on the chair....in facts the home and the whole staffs were lovely people, my Nigerian big star ⭐ told me that the home was the best he has ever lodged in Italy...I will not say his name for security purposes...we will be back for sure...

Everything The family who run the resort are the most helpful and friendly people who make your stay so enjoyable If you want peace and tranquility this is the place You do need to drive to get there

Just perfect weekend in the quiet place with the great views and friendly atmosphere. All our needs were completely satisfied with the nice and helpful hosts showing sincerity hospitality.
