The apartment was beautiful and spotless clean. We also had a nespresso coffee machine which was a nice touch

The lady on reception on our arrival wasn't very friendly. Also, the location was very close to the station which was very handy but also a bit dodgy as it felt very intimidating by that area. Full of gangs and drug addled homeless people.

Overall, everything was okay. The apartment was spacious for one person, and the service was good. However, there were a few issues that made the stay less comfortable: the fridge was noisy at night, the kitchen sockets didn’t work, so I had to move the coffee machine and kettle to another spot, and the shower doors leaked, which meant I had to mop up the water with towels in the evening. There was also some mold in the shower. The bed was small, even though the room had enough space for a proper one, but that was clear from the photos. Check-out was very early - at 10 AM. When did we all start accepting that 10 AM check-out is normal!?

Great conditions, we initially had a booking at another place where we got overbooked, so we happened upon this hotel by mistake - what a great find! It was definitely better than our initial choice and we would definitely stay here again. The apartment was large, airy, and well equipped. Even the bathroom was very spacious, with a large shower. We didn't get to use any of the facilities but maybe next time! It's close to the train station (around 10 minutes walking) where you can also take a bus to the old city, and there are shops and restaurants close as well.

Not all of the streets leading to the location feel very safe, so make sure you are taking the main roads at night and that you're aware of your surroundings. We didn't have any issues but it felt a bit off at times.

Very modern, spacious and well equipped apartment in a safe building, which also works as a retirement community. Not a problem at all in my view, it only means that you will have lovely neighbours :) Wellness area is a plus. You can have a cheap breakfast at the property, but only sweet pastries available.

Would have liked to use the sauna but I was not aware that it is needed to request it to be turned on at the reception around 20-30 min ahead -> I didn't have time for that, so just used the indoor pool, which is also nice.

Comfortable apartments right by Bergamo train station. The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had a big balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower drained well. It is true that they also provide these apartments to retired people but that's not a problem at all as others have complaint. You just see nice people having breakfast! :) The staff was helpful and gave us more toiletries when requested, and they also helped us get a taxi in the early morning to go to the airport. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It would've been nice to have new water bottles each day of our stay but it's not a big deal.

This is good value accommodation 10 minutes walk from the bus/train station. I had very little interaction with the staff but they were all nice and helped me with my limited Italian. I don't think you will get this quality and space at this price point anywhere in Bergamo, but this is not a hotel and is very quiet, it is accommodation for old people that rents out it's spare rooms. If you can live with that then it's great, relaxed and perfect for a couple of days R&R

Couldn't complain about anything, the area is quiet but that suited me 10 minutes walk to fantastic restaurants and bars. Some young people hanging about in the immediate area but they didn't give no trouble

Clean, modern, quiet and convenient. The 1 bedroom apartment was in a block of flat for senior citizens. It had coffee shop, pool, sitting area, some outside space. The place was very clean, modern and wheelchair friendly. The spacious balcony was great addition. It is located 15 walk from bus and train station, has a grocery shop within 5 minutes, coffee shops and some bars. It takes 20min to walk to the centre, probably similar amount of time to walk to Old city. You can get a train directly to Milan and get to the airport by public bus within 30 min. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Quite an interesting concept to rent out the empty rooms/apartments in the retirement complex for the elderly as a hotel. But it seems to be working! First of all, great location! Only 10 minutes away on foot from the train station and 15 minutes away from the city center. A supermarket is only a few hundred meters away. Plenty of cafes and restaurants are within walking distance too. Then there’s the space. Our apartment was huge! No hotel room at this price point could even compare. The building itself and all the equipment are new, modern and mostly comfortable.

The couch in the living area wasn’t the most comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t get any cleaning. Probably had to ask for it specifically since this is a retirement facility first, hotel second. Upon entering the building, the entire first floor and the lobby area smells of chlorine solution for pool cleaning.

My pillow case was ripped and the mattress was too soft for us. It wasn’t a good sleep. My back was not happy. We were not informed by reception that we need to take the garbage out by ourselves. There was no bottles of water in the fridge so we needed to buy water from a restaurant for the first night because everything closes at 8 except some restaurants. The location is full of old and sick people so you can’t enjoy a meal or a coffee using the lobby bar or restaurant because the atmosphere is like a funeral. Quite expensive.. For the money we paid we expected more attention to details and a better communication.

Very modern and clean. Staff very good especially late check in and Simona on reception 10 min walk to rail and bus station and 2 min walk to large supermarket. Train to Milan 6 euros and takes 48mins. Bergamo is a beautiful and historic city and is very underrated.

Not many bars restaurants etc nearby but only a 20 minute walk away. Located in a residential area about a mile away from tourist Centro and a hour walk uphill to Citta Alta (unless you use the Funicular but this has long queues, or get the line 1/1A bus from the Centro)
