The place is clean and well maintained. The dishwasher, along with a fully equipped kitchen (including cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, a paper tablecloth, a clean rug, a new sponge, detergent for both the dishes and the dishwasher, as well as a broom and mop), makes the stay even more pleasant. The seaview from our balcony and the free private parking inside the building are big pluses.

Basically Nothing! The air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to work well; however, the unit in the living room is powerful enough to cool the room as well.

Beautiful view of the sea from our balcony which in spite of the cooler weather and rain, we were able to enjoy. Nice studio apartment, appreciated the toiletries, the cleanliness of the accommodation. Daniele, our host, met us, helped with our luggage and treated us to a lovely bottle of wine, water bottle in the fridge. He actually brought us umbrellas on a day when it rained, it was a very thoughtful gesture.

There is only one recommendation, the pillows were not comfortable.

The sea is very close to the residence. Private non-stop entrance to the apartment.

Italian don't drink tea, so there is no cattle in the apartment, but it's not big disadvantage, one can use hotplate. Train is running behind the hotel, but it is everywhere in this location.

Clean fresh and well equipped, Wi-Fi worked well. Lovely welcome by the host. Lots of information about Senigallia. Well pisitionojust over the road from the beach and a restaurant and bar.

It wasn’t really sea view more like the car park if on the ground floor with a glimpse of the sea .

The location is perfect, just across the road from the beach and cycle path to town. The room was really well equipped, there was nothing I missed. Parking was secure and gated. Very good value for money

I'm a very tall guy and maybe because of that I found the room a little small.

The location is wonderful and the room and bathroom are good and very clean! Comfortable bed, balcony with a view and it even has a washing machine.

Did not sleep well. There is a high speed train passing by behind the apartment and unfortunately we heard it every time it passed by at night. Also the air conditioning made a lot of noise when trying to keep the room warm (we stayed here in January).

I recommend this hotel, I had a lovely holiday with my family. Beautiful view of the sea and proximity to the beach. Greetings to Daniele and all the staff.

Fantastic beach front property, friendly helpful staff. Easy parking, very well equipped everything you might need, including a washing machine.

the location is fantastic- lungomare di Senigallia! the apartment was definitely comfortable with all the necessary amenities. I loved that it is right across the street from the restaurant DaCiccio

we ended up in a rear facing apartment so we did not see the beach and instead faced the train tracks - not a deal breaker though. also, having visited senigallia many times, I prefer other private beaches - number 5, 11, Acquapazza, but these are minor complaints really. I would book here time and again!

Great mini apartment! Super clean and felt new. Located closer to the local market, open beach and some great restaurants.

Finding how to check in is a little confusing but they respond right away to messages and calls so it really wasnt a negative.
