It is a little different with no staff on-site and key pad entry codes for entry to property and rooms but the customer service is exemplary with response to WhatsApp messages very quickly, if not immediate. We were four friends and wanted a bed each with some privacy so the bedroom and living room with comfortable sofa bed was ideal. the suites have everything you need - you could even live in them, or great for long stays. We didn't use the kitchen or washing machine but they're there if you need them. One suite even had a bathroom that could be accessed from each room so you didn't need to walk through another room and disturb anyone. The location is great, right in the city centre surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants and there were markets both days we were there. the suites also had balconies with outside furniture.

The parking on property is a little scary, very tight entrance to manoeuvre into, plus instructions that are a little complicated as the car and passengers go down by lift to the parking. I think another time we'd park in public parking with easier access, even if we have to walk a bit.

-despite the fact, apartment is in city center, is very quiet -great communication with owners (via Whatssup) -nice and modern apartment -kitchen with spoons, plates etc. -internal garage (accesible by special car lift that goes to -2 level) paid extra - good, comfortable beds

-could be cleaned better - floor was dusty, and small balcony not cleaned at all (dry, unkempt flowers, balcony fully covered in bird droppings, which unfortunately discouraged us from spending time there.) -Quite well-equipped kitchen, but it could have benefited from small touches that would make it even more useful, such as a kettle, wine glasses, or a cutting board that are not in the aparment

The bathroom and shower were large by Italian standards and there was ample room for toiletries. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The onsite parking was secure and there was an elevator leading from the underground parking garage to the floor where the rooms are located. The kitchenette provided the basics needed to prepare simple meals and make coffee (you must supply your own coffee but they supplied the coffee pot). There was a deck with a rack to hang our hand washed laundry. The location is awesome. Walking distance within seconds of the main piazza yet still quiet.

As pictured, the decor is modern but in person it felt a bit cold. Although the photos show a sitting area with a love seat or easy chair, our room didn't have either. There was no freezer so we couldn't make ice.

The apartment is in the heart of the city, next to Piazza Cavour, everything is right around the corner. Nevertheless we were sleeping with our windows open. There is a tiny internal rooftop-terrace in front of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishing classy. There is no person to welcome you.The access to the building and apartment with a code and the communication by mobile phone was smooth and easy though.

The only thing I didn’t like about the apartment was the humming/buzzing noises from the refrigerator and the bathroom ventilation. The ventilation of the bathroom goes on combined with the light and the sound of it is really annoying, especially out in the room. If you are sensitive to such noises (like me), the apartment is maybe not the best choice for you. The refrigerator can easily be turned off.

Easy instructions for check in and accessing the garage, great to have the garage right under the building. Very clean. Staff was very polite and responsive by WhatsApp. Excellent location in the city centre. Large, very clean bathroom.

The decor is very functional but lacking in elements that would make the space feel welcoming. The garage access is by a car lift, a bit scary if you don't like small spaces, however it was very convenient.

Modern apartment in the heart of the city. Spacious, immaculately clean, comfy bed & friendly communications from the host. Great location - we’re travelling by train so a short bus ride to the apartment - then the apartment is in the heart of the town, easy to walk to the port, cathedral etc. Safe, clean. Plenty of space, we only stayed one night but there’s a mini kitchen, dining area, balcony, air con, big bathroom. We didn’t use the gym! Excellent value! We were able to leave our bags at a friendly nearby hotel - and they recommended a great restaurant - Moretta.

Spacious, had all types of facilities. Shower was great and location is very good. There are spots that are open till late which helped us since we arrived late and most kitchens were closed.

It is not very clear how to get there, the number is 156b but the adress doesnt specify that so we had trouble to find the entrance. Also they offer baggage storage, but, it is in another hotel which wasnt the best.

Phantastic bed, and very spacy throughout. Cool design, many good design ideas realized. Also a very central location, right nextto the pedestrianized shopping street. Good bathroom and a nice wooden floor.. Safe entey and safe door. Terrace/balcony!

Some aspects were sesign over function, e.g. the kitchen furniture dows not open wide enough to allow for cooking. Kitchen equipment could improve, e.g. a corkscrew!

Beautiful spacious appartment. Very comfy bed with good pillows. Big shower and bathroom with washing machine. We stayed one night but excellent place for more days. All you need is there.

Location a bit difficult to find Keep button down pressed when you go down in car elevator. Car elevator is a bit difficult to handle the first time but a nice adventure 😉 Description from the owner is good but it is more the fact that we never used this kind of elevator before. Cold shower when my wife took one after me.

We loved the location and the convenience of the check-in. Communication was excellent. We liked having a washing machine as well as a drying rack to use on the terrace.

We were very surprised that with a small kitchen, there weren't more amenities, such as some small pans, a kettle, etc. It would have been nice to have some salt and pepper, oil - basics. Even a towel to dry the dishes. No coffee or tea - things one usually finds in a hotel.
