The facilities and activities that were on offer during our 6 day stay were incredible! You were never short of things to do! The beach set up was impressive as was the outdoor heated pool. The breakfast and dinner was world class and great quality ingredients. The room was large and we had an breathtaking view of the ocean every morning, the hotel is less than 2 years old and you can tell by the impeccable condition of the rooms. We signed up to a bike tour and wine tasting and we loved both - professional friendly and accommodating to non Italian or German speakers

Overall the staff were great, they were friendly, happy to help with any ask and were incredibly patient with less polite guests. I would say however there were 1-2 staff members who might be less experienced (wrong food items orders, less enthusiastic in service) and would benefit in shadowing some of the more experienced staff. Sylvia was lovely!!!!! The hotel isn’t close by to a town so if you are staying here you will need a car or you can rent one from the hotel.

Everything!!! Great comfortable rooms, quiet surroundings and excellent facilities. The pools are great. Beach was fantastic though it was a walk or golf cart to beach. Excellent food!

This is a great place to spend some time. Beautiful view, big suites, lots of activities from which you can choose, great spa. The breakfast is amazing! Lots of choice, eggs prepared on site according your wishes, the same with crepes. Great choice at dinner, very good food! Friendly and helpful staff Garage for the car

Incredible facilities and grounds, a great Sicilian retreat from the cities and towns. Staff and food were wonderful! Wish I could have stayed here longer! Thank you to everyone at Adler for making our stay special.

Fabulous design and architectural sympathy with surroundings. Always felt peaceful even though occupancy was high. Beautiful photos at every turn.

Loved everything

Excellent Resort, very new and beautifully designed and situated lovely elevated above of the coast line. Facilities are top notch, as is the cuisine.

Breakfast service is very slow and you have to remind staff of your order several times, sometimes we didn‘t get our order at all (even after multiple times of asking).

I loved everything about Adler spa Resort Sicilia. Rooms, pools, beach, restaurants, stuf and food was so amazing. Can’t wait to come back

All was outstanding: the landscape, the stuff, the room, the food, all the details of the outdoor spaces and the activities. It is a perfect place to relax and disconnect from your usual program.
