La Mortilla surely must be the most wonderful place in all of Sicily. The beautiful house sitting on top of the hill overlooking the great Sicilian landscape and the sea felt like home when passing the gate. Francensca and Lorenzo created a beautiful place to explore Sicily from. They are the most lovely people and made our stay unforgettable. Both certainly made sure to leave no wishes open and are so helpful in every way (giving recommendations, directions and advice). La Mortilla has modern and comfortable rooms decorated with so much love for details which you will love (walking up to the view makes you all happy in the morning), all sorts of cozy places to watch the sunset from, an infinity pool with the most breathtaking view, awesome food and so much more. We did not only have a great vacation but also found great friends we would love to see again. So thank you so much for having us, Franceca and Lorenzo. Hope to see you soon!

This is the most spectacular, serene place we have ever been! What an absolute dream it was to stay at La Mortilla! Lorenzo and Francesca were the kindest, most gracious hosts - they treated us as if we were family, welcoming us into their home. The property is unbelievable - quiet, beautifully landscaped, and the views! It was an absolute pleasure staying here - we will certainly be back! This place is absolutely perfect, in each regard. The house and the surrounding is so beautiful - it is located on top of a hill in the middle of olive trees. From the pool you can see the sea. All of the architecture and furnishing is full of taste with so many beautiful details. Lorenzo & Francesca Are the best hosts we ever encountered. Our highlights were the evenings in the house, which started with an aperitif (self-made natural wine) on the terrace followed by a dinner prepared by Lorenzo and Francesca - it was better than any restaurant we visited. We had great conversations, also with the other guests. It is such a special atmosphere, we were so happy to have stayed at La Mortilla. We will definitely come back!

Most magnificent stay we've ever been. Splendid surroundings on the top of their hill. We undoubtedly had the best dining experience in Sicily when we stayed over for the dinner that Lorenzo made us. Both Lorenzo and Francesca were very lovely hosts. We will be back!

Great hosts that make you feel welcome and at home right from the Moment you arrive. Perfect Location to unwind in a really nice House with a Pool we had to ourselves most of the time. we loved the authentic sicilian Food
