The property offered everything we needed for our long holiday. We were surprised with the size of the rooms, large bedroom and large living/dining area, with the kitchenette nicely separated by the arched wall. very impressed with the AC unit, very powerful.

The presence of small ants in the bathroom, around the bathtub. The tv is loosing frequently connection and cannot be connected to any mobile device. As we spent 15 days at the property, with more than a week of rain , this was quite important for us.

Very nice villa in quite outdated village. Great price-value at 85€ per night. The photos were done in times of best prosperity of the village, so they are a bit misleading, but anyway, for this price it was a great place to stay.

As written above, photos are not showing the real state of the villas, but generally, the whole Paradise Village had it‘s best times ca 15-20 years ago ;)

,Staff was just amazing,every issue we had has been sorted within short time if not immediately.Great for families as you get your own garden,we have had our own swimming pool which was just great when kids tired of the sea,10min drive from La Pelosa,probably the best beach I have ever seen in Sardinia when coming as family.Local shops bit expensive by drive down to Porto Torres and you will find more affordable shops.Beautiful location,very quiet,the only down side is the 🐜 🐜,but I believe this is a part of country side.It is not like when you book with a hotel ,but with sea villas you will have your own privacy and it feels like home too!!!Loved it and would return any time

Ants

A very comfortable apparment, we had everything what we needed. You can also grill, a large terrace with a great view and green soft grass. The kitchen was good handed. The whole apartment was ventilated, without mold! I like it a lot.

The pillows could be more softer.

Swimming pool Quiet location

Cleanliness could be better For the family of 4 and 5 days stay they left us only 1 rolls of toilet paper.

We didn't find small things like wine opener, big knife..

The pool was excellent, parking in front of the house, magnificent view.

We are pro waste separation and practice it at home too, however it was un unpleasant surprise that we needed to take care of the disposal of it.

The only good thing about this property was the location, villa was okay if it’s weren’t for the issues.

We arrived to the pool being dirty and full of ants. We then discovered the whole property had an ant infestation, ants in the bathroom, living room and downstairs bedrooms. The first night we had to change the bedsheets as we found dead ants within the sheets. The electricity went off around 11-12 times over the long weekend, we couldn’t even use the air dryers they provided without the electricity going off. Very dangerous sockets. Please be prepared for the recycling as the staff make you take all your rubbish with you. The staff should have helped to guide what to do with all the rubbish, they missed clear instruction. Overall staff could have been more helpful to make the stay more relaxing.
