Nice views if you get the room with balconie, breakfast ok, view good from restaurant. Room is completely ok and nice, we had double room for 4 pax at the cottage area not big building. The beach is across the street and there is also new restaurant across with pizza. First floor renovated.

The surrounding is laid down, but it's completely ok to stay one night to see the surrounding.

The view was absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the highlights of my stay. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more special. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also offer boat tours to Asinara Island, which turned out to be an unforgettable adventure. A hidden gem with amazing vibes!

The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

1.- We didn't like the cleanliness! The bathtub was very dirty with paint, hair and sea sand after we checked in as new guests. 2.- In the dining room, the accommodation of guests for the first time and the organization of the arrival of new guests was not appropriate. There was a bit of chaos. 3.- The dining room was dirty. Wasn't laid the tables with cutleries and water glasses. Other situacion on the "clean tables" we found a lot of bread crumbs or dirty cutleries. Need more focus to improve the cleanlineless! Healthy and Safety very important! 😔

Great location, near to the La Pelosa beach with amaizing hotel staff. Good restaurant, strong range of food and excellent coffee during the breakfast. Air conditioning in the room works well in 35degrees. I felt the Italian hospitality and friendly athmosphare.

The building is old and not renovated. Need to invest to facelift of the estate.

I wrote that we have honeymoon, nobody noticed that and we had a room like for four person with extra bads but we reserved a room just for us two. I am not satisfied.

Location is absolutely perfect! a few meters from the beach. I believe it's fair for the price.

Hotel rooms need renovation, perhaps just a new finishing in the walls and new bathroom would make it much better.

we were expecting more babyfriendly environment because of the pictures and photos here in booking.com, this hotel is not good for strollers, there is a lot of stairs when you want to go to the beach and it is hard to cross with stroller. also it is very loud in the night, the live music is until 23:30 and it is very noisy when you travel with kids. the receptionists does not speak english very good (maybe becase we were off season and there were no foreingners, only Italians). and the last thing - you have to wear a cap when you want to go to the pool - I have never seen this worldwide. nobody from the guests stepped in the pool all 5 days we were in the hotel.

Fantastic location and balcony view. Huge breakfast selection. Staff are very friendly and caring for guests comfort.

Staff is very helpful. They are amazing, including restaurant staff as well. The location of the hotel is brilliant, and the beach is literally 1 minute walk from there. Parking spaces are more than enough. We booked 2 rooms with a beautiful sea view.
