The room was clean and spacious, we liked it. The check-in was easy and smooth. We arrived earlier and could drop our luggage and start having a rest. We were also invited for a check-in earlier. Special thanks for that! We also could switch our last day lunch to the first day of our stay, thank you for the flexibility. The dining on lunches and dinners was great (apart from breakfast)! It was very delicious and so versatile. The waiters very good. The location was perfect - you could reach La Pelosa very quickly and in 2 ways - by hotel's shuttle and on foots and just on foots. We were even suggested a help with booking La Pelosa beach.

The breakfast was quiet poor. Sometimes it felt that the employees on the reception didn't want to help you (with a vase for flowers or arranging a cake for the birthday, still don't know the reason, maybe some technical pause)

The private cabin feel as opposed to just another hotel room. The beach, a twelve and half minute walk from the hotel (I timed myself walking) is one of the best in Italy, let alone just Sardinia, La Pelosa, stunning. The swimming pool. The outside bar.

Nothing personal, but the two check in staff on the afternoon of the 8th of August were clueless. Paying for the room became a twenty minute affair. We were expected to drive back into Stintino, 15 minutes away (after a two and a half hour drive) just to withdraw cash for the 5 euro city taxes. Luckily my friend found 5 euros. They didn't know how far the beach was, where it was. They spoke very little English (I understand that, of course, but enough to help would have been good) The breakfast was fine but we were made to feel like poor relations because we were "only B & B" guests. The coffee machine did not work. A bit poor really. Regarding the beach there is a shuttle bus that costs 30 euros. The walk to the beach is not particularly an attractive one.

Nice location, a bit far from the beach for walking (15 to 20min) Rooms are very spacious, nice atrium in front of each. Parking is safe and close. The swimming pool is very big, but only open from 8 to 19h. Breakfast was more than excellent. It is a good location for families

Very well located close to the la pelosa beach. The place was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. We had a shuttle that took us close to the beach. The buffet was also very good. The pool was great and they had good music and drinks

The AC was a bit loud, turned loud in the middle of the night. Also there is no real gym, just in case you are looking for it. But rest was all good.

Beautiful location, close to the beach. All rooms have their own patio. Cleaning is done daily and towels are changed. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Pool is nice and large. Breakfast was very good quality.

The owner is very helpful and the place os very well maintained. We'll definitely stay again.

I am not a fan of the rechargeable card system to pay in the hotel.
