This is a really well presented village of apartments, very well taken care of and spotlessly clean, including the pool. This location is perfect for easily visiting La Pelosa beach which turned out to be the most beautiful beach I've come across (remember to book your ticket for beach access in the summer months!). You would struggle to find clearer waters than this, very special and great to see how well it is taken care of.

The area immediately surrounding the apartments is derelict. There are very few decent restaurants/bars in the area, you need to have a car and be prepared to travel if you want to visit more built up areas/restaurants/atmosphere. Staying here is only appropriate if your focus is on the beach, which was perfect for us. If you are deciding between here or Stintino town, stay here. Stintino is an authentic fishing village but from a tourism perspective, feels like a ghost town, you are no better off there in regards to facilities so you may as well have the beach on your doorstep! The only things missing from the apartments themselves were wine glasses! If a bar/restaurant was added to the facilities in the future, it would make this accommodation perfect for all.

Easy check-in and easy access to La Pelosa beach! Modern kitchen and bathroom accommodations and beautifully landscaped with great pool for swimming and sunning. There was also a nice beach umbrella to use at our disposal, a good sized mini refrigerator with small freezer section, and laundry machines for use when we needed it just one floor beneath the pool area. Perfect for young families as well as a romantic couple on a special getaway. Lots of grocery supermarkets within a couple minutes drive that can supply great italian meals for anyone willing to cook them and even delicious restaurants with seaside views with more than just pizzas! Loved it here! You and all your family will enjoy it! We experienced it at the end of August 2024!

My rating is very high. I am happy to stay in this place. It was a great choice! The place is very nice, small and intimate. It is surrounded by mountains, flowers and trees. The view from the apartament was amazing! Staff is very helpful. There is free parking on site. No reservation needed. La Pelosa beach is very close. 5 minutes walk. It is paid and very very crowded.If you dont like crowd, you can choose beaches with stones a bit further away. The water is beautiful calm and clean.

Basic disadvantages: 1. Check-in time is from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. What to do if the plane lands at 12:00? You have to wait until evening to be able to check-in. We lost one day because of it. 2. There is a hotel in the neighborhood they have very loud animations each evening. It is ruined the mood. 3. The apartment is not cleaned during the whole week of my stay. This is a big disadvantage. You have only a brush in place. After few days everywhere is dust and sand. Towels are also not replaced. You can wash them, but it's a waste of time during the holidays.

Very close to La Pelosa beach. Nice pool and facilities. Good space to spend a few days without feeling too cramped. Functional kitchen and shared clothes washing. Well kept and clean

One of the 2 units we rented had a strong mould smell, even after airing it out for the 5 days we were there the smell was still strong. Pillows are not great but passable. Sofa bed is not okay to sleep as it’s slanted and extremely creaky. There could be a cleaning service after the 3rd night, since the price is very high and we still have to clean ourselves.

The Apartment was very modern and stylish and located only about 5 minutes by foot from the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated that there was a high quality umbrella to take to the beach.

When you are in need of the reception staff, please consider that the italian clock is ticking differently. When e.g. they open at 9am it means that staff is arriving few minutes later and must then first place there hand bags and get the computer system ready. The door of the fridge wasn't working properly, it needed to be shut with a lot of strengh. The receptionist was very grateful for the information and promised to take care of it.

Perfect location just behind the beach, the apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. There was even a beach umbrella, a nice detail. We had a lovely balcony facing the seafront.

The walls between the apartments were very thin and unfortunately you could hear everything. so we were often disturbed in the morning very early. The bed mattress could have been better.

Great place within 5-minute walk from magnificent La Pelosa beach! The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious enough for 3-4 people and came with a a semi covered patio to enjoy meals outside. It was furbished with anything you might need for a sea holiday including a welcome pack of dish soap, dish sponge etc. What's more is that there are washing machines and dryers available free of charge. The reception staff gave us warm welcome and informed us about booking system for the Pelosa beach, restaurants and shops in nearby Stintino village. Highly reccomend!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, doing their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location was nice. The facilities were modern and beautiful.

There was a strange odor coming from the drains, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. Still it’s a 9/10

welcoming and helpful staff and everything was straightforward. The apartment was great - clean, good sofa bed meant that for three of us it was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing environment for the week and good self-catering facilities. Easy to get to the beach. Plentiful parking and a good pool.

A minor quibble/suggestion: The heating/AC controls in both rooms are very bright, so we had a rig up something to cover them. The outside light was on all night with no obvious way to turn it off. The blackout curtains were ok, but wouldn’t it be more energy efficient if they could be switched off? When we left early it would have been good to have a box to drop the keys off (maybe I missed it. We thought we saw one by the front gate, but that is a keypad-locked box to pick up keys out of hours.)

A bit weird to only get 2 pods of coffee when you are checking in for 3 days… then you have to pay extra for the additional day, but ok. the worst part is that you’re only getting ONE roll of toilet paper. We asked for another one because of course we ran out, and did received it, but were told this is it, and don’t ask for more. I really struggle to understand - what is the problem embedding $5 extra in the room rate to allow a normal supply of this necessity? It’ll simply avoid any weird feelings for your guests. Just a suggestion.
